Everything was so close and it’s very accessible, the staff was very helpful in giving us tips and transportation advice.
Only thing about it is the kitchen sink was about to fall off and we avoided using it so we couldn’t really use the kitchen. The light inside the bathroom kept flickering as well so going inside at night felt like a disco strobe party. Overall it’s great, just need to double check to make sure everything works properly. We didn’t mind it, since it’s a pretty easy fix.

Very nice host with many suggestions. Close to train station and shopping.
Jeanette is a really nice hostess she is very kind, friendly and helpful for us. The best location at the city for sightseeing and close to the docks, Metro and walking areas, perfect to get into the historic center and the iconic places to meet and eat as well
Not a hotel - seemingly a converted apartment being operated as a short-term rental. The check-in process was entirely conducted via WhatsApp, including initial admission into the building. I was a bit caught off guard by the request to pay an additional tourist tax via bank wire. The room itself was comfortable and pleasant. The location was fine, but if I were to go back to Naples I would choose to stay someplace a bit closer to the Centro Storico. The host did send a great list of area recommendations, which I appreciated.
Great affordable stay. The kitchenette had a hot plate, fridge, dishes that was very useful. Property is located next to market so we were able to purchase and prepare breakfast. It’s an old building so not luxurious but very much everything we needed. Staff cleaned daily and was helpful with check in and recommendations. Great location between train station and all major areas. Would absolutely recommend for budget friendly option.
The apartment is very close to the city and perfect for two people. Jeanette was very kind, she checked us in and was at our disposal during our whole stay which was very helpful.

JUST AVOID!!!
The property was fine, clean but nothing special. It is NOT a hotel, despite being advertised on Expedia as such. Scammy. I would choose to stay elsewhere, as you pay as much as a hotel and the neighbourhood is not good. It’s equivalent to Vancouver’s East Hastings, just Napoli version. Dodgy AF. The building is NOT secure, the front door is constantly left ajar.
Check in was nightmare and gave me zero confidence in the management company, Domus Extra. I felt straight-up unsafe. I would avoid any properties managed by this company at all costs, they are unreliable, disorganized and god help anyone who might actually run into an urgent issue.
Despite being in touch with management the day before, advising exactly of my arrival time, the next day they were totally AWOL. From the airport to the lobby of the building, I repeatedly attempted to contact management via both Expedia and WhatsApp, and ultimately by phone, to advise we were enroute/had arrived.
I arrived at 1405h, check-in time is 1400h. Paola, a manager, repeatedly disabled her WhatsApp, leaving is with no way to contact anyone. When I finally contacted her directly by phone, she tried to play dumb/give excuses, and then tried to tell us we had been dealing with Giovanni via Expedia and should talk to him. Like who the hell is Giovanni, he never identified himself to us, never gave us contact info. Some poor student named Alex arrived at 1510. The keys to the door didn’t even work! Just ridiculous.
Increíble lugar si vas a Napoles, principalmente por la cercanía a todos los lugares principales, la habitación estaba muy limpia. Y Alessandro siempre estuvo para ayudarnos con todo. 100% recomendado
