Park Shore Resort is the quintessential tropical paradise nestled in the most fantastic city of the South West, non other than Naples. Park Shore, the surrounding area, elegantly welcomes walkers in the morning and at night for a stroll, run or bicycle ride across the community. The Park Shore Resort is set on 13 acres with tropical gardens highlighted by waterfalls, running creek, and a lake. Amenities include a tropical heated pool with koi pond, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, racquetball courts, covered picnic tables, gazebo, gas barbecue grills, sun deck and restaurant.
The unit offers one in suite comfortable master bedroom and the second bedroom with a day bed with trundle can open into a comfortable den. There are two full bathrooms, both with step free showers and fixed grab bars that allow for easy living in the heart of the resort.
The lanai provides peaceful views of palm trees, flowing pond, and all the typical animals that quietly add to the experience. Bedroom 1 consists of a King size bed, dresser with ample storage, side tables, walk in closet, "split bathroom" with en-suite bathroom. Bathroom has the vanity outside and step free shower inside for easy sharing. The interior decor of the condo reflects a blend of British West Indies with contemporary touches. It feels cozy and relaxing. Bedroom 2 ( Den): day bed with a trundle with very comfortable memory foam mattresses, night table, ample space and finished closet. The den has access to the lanai. 2nd bathroom has a step free shower and is easily accessible for guests from the main living spaces. Living room, kitchen, and dining area enjoy an open floor plan with space to spread out while still enjoying shared moments. The resort boasts trails and bridges that connect the luscious gardens, the swimming pool , bbq area and space to enjoy a family meal or just relaxing in the sun.
The property is near the Park Shore beach along with the best restaurants and world class shopping.

Fantastic stay!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Naples! The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful and the rooms were exactly as listed. Marcela had put together a binder of helpful information and activities in the area that we used often. She even had beach towels and chairs for us to use. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked with necessities and more. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Great condo

Quick stay

Plenty of room with easy check in and many shops and restaurants you can walk to. On site restaurant was excellent and I would recommend making reservation before arriving. Listing was accurate with plenty of storage space for all your stuff.

Brief Winter Getaway

The Unit was very nice and clean, the only issue was the furnishings were quite dated, but everything was still in good condition. Our host Marcela was very accommodating and receptive. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved the condo! It was pretty, clean, and spacious. Great location!

We had a very good time overall. The property is excellent. Pool is nice. Proximity to beaches and shopping is very convenient. We really liked Clam Pass Beach!! The Waterside Shopping was lovely too. We enjoyed some excellent meals at Bonefish and True Food. We will definitely be back, just hope we get a bit more sunshine next time!!

Great vacation in a really neat place.

We spent some really nice days in the resort. We had two friends join us and the four of us enjoyed the condo. The place has nice and comfortable furniture and the kitchen had everything that we needed for 10 days of cooking and eating in. The swimming is nice and while the gym is small, it had everything that my wife needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful when we needed directions and suggestions of local places. Definitely worth repeating the experience.

Very nice condo

This condo was very clean and nice . The condo is in a resort with a tropical setting and a very good restaurant (reservations required). We like a firmer bed and that would be our only nitpick but we don’t own the condo. Very easy check in . We will book again!

This is the 1st we have used VRBO. It was great! We didn’t know what to expect but it was wonderful! The place was clean and in a great location. Shopping is very convenient. Everything is in walking distance. The only thing is we wished there was more frying pans. Other than that is was an amazing place to take a vacation with my family.

Great communication with Marcela. Park Shore Resort was as advertised; a beautiful property. Some issues with cleanliness; dishes not overly clean, hairs found in medicine cabinets. Appliances were functional but very old. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is excellent. The only thing I would mention is that the television was very poor. The replacement controller kindly provided by Marcela was as bad as the broken one The highlight of the apartment was the beautiful lanai which had shade all day and as the weather was hot, this was much appreciated. I would have no hesitation booking with Marcela again

A wonderful break!

From the moment you arrive at the wonderful entrance to the Park Shore resort, away from the busy schedule of NY, you know you're in for a peaceful and fabulous holiday. Check in was extremely easy and the rental was fully stocked. The building is simple yet has all the amenities of a hotel. What we loved the most was being in an apartment rather than one room, like in a hotel. The lanai is large and perfect for that first (or second) cup of coffee, lounging in the afternoon or a glass of wine in the evening. The pool area was clean and quiet and we made use of both the pool and the picturesque jacuzzi. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and well appointed close to the beach

We stayed last year in this cute apartment for the Naples triathlon and a ladies weekend. It is well located, nicely appointed, and has tons of amenities. We really enjoyed the apartment. It's clean, comfortable and roomy. We didn't cook at all during our stay, but the kitchen has anything you might need. It is in the middle of Naples and was close to everything, including the starting line of the race, the bike rental shop and tons of great restaurants. The balcony is great. Very pretty place to hang out and it was great to have cable TV and a movie rental service - especially the day it rained. The only minor issues are that the dryer takes a long time and the second bedroom is part of the living room with a collapsible wall. It was great to have two full bathrooms. The grounds are lovely and the people who work there are really nice.

You Get What You Pay For

Property was nice, more spacious than anticipated which is always good. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Owner did allow us to check-in early, which was a plus. It’s conveniently located, offers a washer and dryer, and was clean all except I’d recommend the owner considering replacing the mattress protector. The sheet on the bed was silky, slipping off the edges, which exposed the mattress protector. All I’ll say is, it needs replaced. That is literally my only complaint. Everything else was good!
