Just about the best value for the money I’ve seen! The room and hotel were great! The location right by the train station and next to the supermarket was very convenient. It didn’t feel any less safe than anywhere else in the city and the nights were quieter than I expected from some other reviews

Good quality/price. Recommend it for short stay

Staff was very nice, good option for short stays, better than expected. Room was nice and clean, but the pillows should be replaced as they are very flat. Just the toilets need to be refurbished as the shower is quite uncomfortable: it is small and doesn’t have a handheld shower head, only a fixed one. This means that if you don’t want to wash your hair, you still end up getting it wet. The location is excellent, 1 min walk from Train station.

Although in a rundown area of the city, this tidy and well staffed hotel is a great stay. It is close to the station and surrounded by good cafes and restaurants. Our room had a great balcony.

A good basic hotel. In a busy area so noise could be heard, but not a big problem. Clean and comfortable, excellent value and very close to the station too. Room had air con and en suite bathroom. Didn’t use the breakfast offered at the hotel as so close to many outlets in the station! Would use again.

Good value budget hotel.

Comfortable and clean budget hotel with friendly staff. Area isn't the best and hotel is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift but it's perfect as a base for access to the train station and metro which was exactly what we wanted.

2 minutes walk from main rail station it’s ideal for those wishing to stay for short while. Basic but cleaned every day & secure. My room had small balcony. Great vfm

Great location just a few minutes from Naples Central Train station. Spotlessly clean, fresh towels daily, air-con, friendly staff and manager/owner provided mobile number for any emergencies. Only challenges were it’s quite noisy outside and couldn’t get shower real hot. For the price it’s a bargain however and I’d definitely stay again.

Did exactly what I needed it to do. Close to the main transport hub, and good WiFi in my room too which was important. Not always quiet with the bin men coming round and just being off the main street but it was excellent for what I needed. Simply somewhere to sleep, shower, and go to the toilet

The room and cleanliness were ok, but a few downsides were: the room smelled like cigarettes, the shower flooded a little bit, and the only toiletry provided was hand soap. The location is good, being less than a 5-minute walk far from the train/subway station, although the area can be really noisy and busy.

Good value, convenient location.

Very convenient location. Staff friendly and helpful. Had everything I needed for a 3 night stay. Rppm was cleaned and fresh towels provided daily The stairs are a killer but I'm an overweight 50+ smoker. My only complaint was the bed was VERY firm, too firm for me personally. If you sleep on your side and have large hips, your hips will end up feeling bruised. After spending my days doing a lot of walking, it would have been better to have comfy bed and a decent nights sleep.7/10

Once you get to the actual hotel up the stairs it is clean and welcoming. The owner came to help check me in, he spoke english and was lovely and courteous. My room was clean, linens lovely and clean, my private bathroom same. I am Canadian so it is very different from what we are used to. The area outside is slightly intimidating but was fine. My only issue was other guests. I stayed May 28th I am sure if he checks his cctv he will find guests he won’t invite back. Fighting, banging very very loudly on outside door, smoking, all night literally until 4am in and out up and down hall. The walls are thin and I got very little rest and felt unsafe overnight. If there were staff onsite overnight it would have been reassuring. The owner did give me his what’s app number but I was not comfortable calling or complaining in middle of night.
