This is a great hotel with a beautiful view. The staff were excellent and helpful. The only drawback is that it was a bit of an effort to travel to the heart of Naples. Otherwise, perfect.

Our stay at this resort was amazing! The staff were great, shuttle service was great, pool was amazing! Room was big, tidy and clean. Outside of hotel a bit run down but still a great place to stay to be able to get on the ferry or trains for day trips. Would definitely stay here again :)

The breakfast was great but the dinner menu was ‘to die for.’ Best squid I’ve ever had and the seafood entrees amazing. Pool is very large and plenty of lounge chairs for all guests. Avoid staying in Naples. Take the train into town if you have to for only 3€.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautifully decorated spacious room with lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Delicious breakfast with a good variety of fruits, cereals, pastries, eggs, meats. Parking garage on site for a fee. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk. Beautiful boardwalk runs behind the hotel along the sea. Stay here you’ll love it.

We had a fabulous stay, the hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed. Staff were all so lovely, kind, helpful and really accommodating with our young children. Sea views from our balcony were stunning across to Capri. Breakfast buffet was lovely and varied slightly each day. Restaurant was really nice too. The shuttle bus service was a godsend and again such lovely drivers, helped massively with getting about with the kids. Also, right next to a train station for trains into central Naples and further.

Lovely hotel, excellent pool and really helpful staff. They helped us book a day trip to Pompeii, shuttle to metro station and our return airport transport. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but has several small beaches are close by on a newly developed promenade and several local restaurants.

Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location overlooking the promenade is wonderful and the views across the Gulf of Naples just stunning. This hotel provides excellent comfort and service. The free shuttle around town provides a great service. No need to drive and find parking in one's own rental car. The staff are remarkably friendly and helpful about travel options to nearby Herculaneum and Pompeii. The restaurant has tasty choices and friendly staff. Parking is in a garage located at -1 level on the hotel's elevator. Luigi and Sara were super helpful in arranging travel experiences to the Amalfi coast. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Portici, a suburb of Naples.
