The room we had (Capri) was very cute and clean. Very easy to get there, the property manager Miriam sent us a text with all the instructions and information. We got coupons for everyday coffee and a pastry in the nearby cafe. About 8-10 minutes walk to the Garibaldi station. So very convenient. We enjoyed our staying. Thank you!!!

I stayed in this B&B and it was a really beautiful stay, the rooms are super comfortable and the staff was very kind. we visited the magnificent Naples and enjoyed the good food. at check out we were able to leave our luggage in the structure, Alessandro the owner was super nice to us. we will definitely be back again. Highly recommended

I got the Capri room and it was beautiful and the location of it actually made it quiet. Napoli is not know for being quiet so this was a good find. It’s really close to the main train station. The check in was remote and I was worried but it was actually really easy and they responded on WhatsApp quickly when I had any questions.

Lovely property. The room was very nice and the process to check in was simplified with a video sent via WhatsApp. Breakfast is a bakery item and coffee from nearby bakery. The area is close to the train which is convenient but would not recommend the area for tourists.

the room is very clean and modern. the bed is comfy and they clean the room everyday. the cleaner is very friendly also when i met her once.the place is very near to naples central station so it is convenient to travel to the airport and to other nearby towns like pompeii or sorrento. the place is also near to restaurants and food shops and the cafe for breakfast is just in front of the building across the road. will surely stay again if i will be back to naples.

Without actually meeting anybody at the property we found the arrangements for checking in, via Whats Ap, were effortless. Breakfast is served in the bar opposite and we were within 5 minutes walk from Central Station with its link to the airport by bus and to Herculaneum and Pompeii by train. Without being pretty Naples is an incredibly beautiful and vibrant city with inexpensive and wonderful food. We will be back!

Call the host to clean the room and change towels, she said ok,but didn’t do anything.I called three times still didn’t changed our towels and clean our room.The host didn’t showed up while we lived and didn’t say anything about the breakfast. Really bad lived experience.

Poor communication with the property owners. Late replies. Somebody should be personally available at least 1-2 hours a day. Had some issues with their payment system. Very good housekeepers, clean facility, interesting area.

Very disappointed

It is not a Hotel. It is an apartment subdivided into rooms. The neighborhood is dirty and sketchy. No one showed up even the first day. They offered breakfast but the first day we did not have three cards for it. The pictures on Hotels.com don’t show the surroundings because they are horrible. We were afraid of going out at night to search for a restaurant.

The room was clean, but the amenities were very poor. The shower gel bottle was nearly empty. There was no iron available. Although there was a kitchen, there was no complimentary coffee or tea. The minibar had only one bottle of water, even though they knew the reservation was for two people. The included breakfast was only for one person, according to the restaurant staff. This seems like a way to ensure they charge the second guest. It’s not a problem for us, but I consider it unethical.

We had a good experience at this place. There is an elevator to get to the floor where you will be staying. The courtyard area looks like it could use some repair/paint on 1/4 of the building but once you get to the place where you will stay it is bright, cheerful and clean. Note - there are a couple of steps down into the area where the bed is located and then a couple of steps to get into the bathroom. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.
