Totally different apartment to the one in photos

The apartment looked nothing like the photos. It seemed to be a totally different apartment to the one we booked. It had most things needed for one night stay however cleanliness left something to be desired. It smelt of stale smoke, the bathroom was tiny and wasn't as clean as you would expect as a paying guest. The TV went in and out of reception constantly so you couldn't watch TV. When we went to contact the accommodation provider to organise check in (a few days prior) the phone number on the confirmation form was disconnected. Luckily the night before we were due to check in the manager contacted us via email to arrange check in. It was lucky he contacted us as the address for the property also didn't match the address in the booking (it was a different apartment to the one booked). Check in was fairly seamless on the day. The area was good, easy to walk to a number of good restaurants and bars. Overall, we were very disappointed in the apartment and wouldn't book again.
