Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Bien ubicado para visitar el centro de Nápoles. El ascensor cuesta 10 céntimos cada uso, un poco raro. El casero muy amable por WhatsApp y atento, explicando todo para nuestra llegada con gran detalle. La limpieza era suficiente pero no excelente, y la habitación estaba llena de pequeños desperfectos (una cortina rota, más de las mitad de las bombillas fundidas, la cisterna dejó de funcionar una tarde y tuve que abrirla y arreglarla yo...). Nada grave, pero todo suma. Las camas no muy cómodas. Silencio absoluto, lo cual se agradece en Nápoles. Es barato: obtienes lo que pagas, ni más ni menos

Personale gentile e zona ottima vicino alla stazione della metro. Poco pratico l'ascensore da pagare ma che per lo meno va dal primo al quarto piano e aiuta.
