- This property is located inside the Sanchez Tennis Academy. This beautifully decorated home has upgrades throughout including the kitchen and bathrooms. Complete renovation with all new furnishings ready to enjoy! All appliances, household, and linens are new. Large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Relax and enjoy the preserved view from the large private lanai. Located in the center of North Naples, this condo is within walking distance to shopping (less than 1/2 mile to Target, Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond, Bells, etc.) and about 4 miles from the beach. Naples Bath and Tennis is a beautiful community with a quiet and relaxing environment with lakes and tranquil landscaping. Located close to I-75 & to US41 (corner of Airport Pulling Rd and Pine Ridge Rd) a short drive to lots of public/private membership golf courses, and only minutes from the beaches that line the Gulf of Mexico. There is no pool in this condominium.
