Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities including many restaurants and pools. Our suite was very nice, clean and spacious with a big balcony over looking the marina. Located just 10 mins from 5th Ave. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional and we received room service every day. Would highly recommend.

Naples Bay Resort was a very nice place with a great location and fabulous restaurants. Convenient to 5th Avenue we enjoyed a 15 minute walk to get there or they offer complimentary shuttle to the town and also supply beach items and a shuttle. The pool and workout facility is 1st class along with the entire staff. We will definitely stay there again.

I liked the hotel; I was very well taken care of, and the staff were very friendly. The only minor inconvenience I encountered was when trying to warm up milk for my daughter, as they do not provide a microwave in the room. However, they helped me warm the milk in the lobby; it was a bit inconvenient, though, since she drank milk twice a day.

This is a really nice quality resort. The location is great, just south of town, and the facilities are lovely. The gym is great, and the pools are top notch. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything. The concierge, Hope, is better at handling guest requests and issues than many I’ve had at 5-star hotels. We had one issue with our internet connection and she hounded it until it ‘twas resolved. This was my second stay at NBR and I’ll be coming back every year that I’m able to. Good place to take kids or grandkids as well. Special shoutout to Hope, Renee at the pool, and the wait staff.

All of the staff was very kind and helpful. They were also very responsive in everyway: housekeeping, golf cart pick-up, food service. The room was lovely and full of traditional hotel items and information. Love the slippers! Two things we wish you had a bar or small cafe where we could purchase food drink in the hotel part of the complex at night. When we were there, a bad rainstorm hit and we couldn't get to the club area. The adult pool area was very nice, however with the overhead jets, waterfalls, JW Marriott construction next door, road noise and music - it was too loud. I would turn off the music. It wasn't very relaxing and the main pool had tons of kids, so we didn't go there. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks again.
