Loved the shower. Everything was nice, finding the place at first was difficult as the entrance can look a little scary. But the host was very nice, I did have issues with the internet which got resolves. Easy 6 minute walk to shops and busy areas.

Erika and Francesco were amazing hosts and their b&b is lovely. The location is great, near to the metro, the rooms are beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast brought to your room every day by Erika is delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.

Because our flight was delayed we had the host pick us up at the airport (there is a fee for this) which was very helpful. They were very communicative with us through our multiple airline delays. It was comforting to find them at the airport with our name on a sign. The room was clean and modern with good wifi and air conditioning. We had a good breakfast from items chosen from a menu sent to us with choices for the next morning. They even allowed us to store our luggage after our stay as we toured the city before leaving late that evening. We couldn't have been happier with the hosts who treated us like family and were happy to answer any of our questions and help us with any of our needs. Comfortable beds and quiet.

Francesco and Erica were very accommodating. The B&B was next door to the National Archeology Museum and about a 20 minute walk from the Catacombs of San Gennero. Dei Via Tribulani is packed with restaurants and other sightseeing options and is also about a 20 minute walk. Don't miss the Sansevero Chapel and either of the 2 underground tours. The hop on hop off bus is OK at best, but provides a view of Naples you may not otherwise experience. Naples is a combination of chaos, crazy drivers, throngs of people, and is overall very gritty and old. But Naples is also fascinating in its own way. You can take the train to Herculaneum, Pompeii and to Sorrento. Keep in mind, the summer months are brutally hot, so plan accordingly.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this B&B, although I only stayed one night before an early morning departure from NAP airport. Unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because I departed so early. Nonetheless, the staff was EXTREMELY helpful, even days before my arrival. They offered to plan city tours, purchase museum tickets — they are just steps from the archaeological museum — and reserved my early morning transfer to the airport. They were just lovely! The room was also immaculate, well stocked with drinks, comfortable, newly renovated, and quiet — also important if anticipating an early morning departure. My only suggestion is that the hotel send "arrival" instructions. It was hard for me to find the entrance to the building because the signage is somewhat small and I didn't know what I was looking for. (The flags and signs blended with other flags and signs that decorated the narrow pedestrian walkway.) I asked the barber on the corner — he was very helpful — but, still, when I entered the building courtyard, it wasn't clear how to get to the B&B. Arrival instructions including what to look for and where to go would be helpful. Finally, travelers should note that there is no elevator, so you must go up to the 2nd floor above the ground level. The hotel DOES mention in their notes that there is no elevator. All in all, it was a good choice: near many historical sights; friendly, clean, and quiet; and easy to get to the airport.

The location is fantastic, a stone's throw from the museum. (And fantastic gluten-free bakery, Leopoldo, which I was particularly pleased about!) The room was lovely, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Perhaps what stood out the most was the friendliness of the welcome from Erika and all the helpful information she provided. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Erica was fantastic. Made contact with me early and sent clear instructions on how to find it. Met me at the property, let me in and gave me a quick tour. Room was great, modern bathroom, comfortable bed and felt safe. Only stayed for one night but would have been happy to stay longer. This is an old Naples neighbourhood. From the outside building looks very old and a bit rough typical Naples. Once in the hotel lobby it’s a different planet. Very clean modern new rooms. Especially the host she’s very friendly helpful person who speaks good English. This place is right next to Naples archeological museums and about a 15 mins walk from old town coffee shops.

Erika & Francesco were wonderful hosts and made our time in Naples extra special. The room & bed were large & comfortable, the bathroom was clean & modern (even with a bidet!), and the breakfasts were generous & personalized. Moreover, the B & B is very conveniently located less than a block from a metro stop and the must-see National Archaeological Museum. Only cautionary comment: access is via a modest, narrow street & a small door through a huge door that leads to an internal courtyard. Look for the Napoli B&B lettering on one of the buzzer buttons on the left stairs. Ascend to the 3rd floor & enter a modern, comfortable space that will not disappoint you!
