Excellent service by Armando. Hotel is across from Naples train station, very convenient. Outside area is quite noisy but not hotels fault. Felt very safe inside hotel. Cleaning staff was amazing, very clean unit.

This was frustrating stay. The unit is right next to the main rail station, so noisy and kind of sketchy, but that is just the nature of the busy neighborhood. What was more an issue was that it was advertised as coming with a bottle of wine as deal for platinum members, but it wasn’t there and when we contacted the host he couldn’t be bothered. He eventually told us where to find one by the unmanned front desk, but there were only little plastic cups and when we opened the wine it was foamy and corked. Okay, just a bottle of wine, but his attitude was awful and unhelpful. Pros were that it was clean and convenient, but we would not return to a place that doesn’t prioritize their guests.

Good experience. Expected the neighborhood to be a bit rough, near the train station, but wanted a nice, clean, affordable option for a one night stay. This fit the bill perfectly. Host very responsive.

Very nice property. We booked because it was very close to the train station. It was also an easy bus trip from the airport. The neighborhood is a little shady but some nice restaurants in the area and the patisserie on the corner was wonderful. Owner was good to deal with.

Great little hotel, very well located for Napoli Centrale for trains and Napoli Metropark for buses. I was staying just one night in Naples and I couldn't have been happier with the location, service, or the room. Some reviewers have stated the area around the hotel as not the best, I understand their point but to me it was no different to any other Italian or indeed, European, city so don't let that turn you off, particularly for a short stay. Armando is a super friendly person, would happily return.

Vancouverites loving Italy!

Ok … This was a HUGE PLEASANT surprise. After Ho Hum hotels in Croatia this place was 5*😀. Super slick Italian with lovely decor amenities and comfort. Very soothing and QUIET given the location a stones throw from train station! A few sketchy characters around the front door but we had no issues - even going out at night to eat nearby….it’s crazy Naples at it’s scary best!!!
