You can’t get any closer to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Just a few steps out the back of condo building, through the gate, & you’re on the beach. No hauling things by car or long walks. Chaise loungers & umbrellas for only condo use set up daily. Gulf or bay views from every window. Eighth floor condo with large great room, 3 bedrooms & 3 full en-suite baths, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook with a small veranda to sit out & watch the sunrise , dining room for 6, with smaller veranda, separate laundry room, wall to wall glass sliders in large family room to view the Gulf of on the 270 square foot veranda. One under cover parking space & numerous guest spots. Brand new remodeled pool, community room. There’s many restaurants and shopping within a couple miles.
