Worst hotel experience ever!

I got there at 11 PM late night and they did not let me in No front desk The guy who I assume was the host scream from the window that even-though he knew I have reservation he can’t let me in snd then he said goodbye and left ! I had to go around town to find a hotel. Area is dangerous and a lot of homeless sleeping around the door of this hotel. Not recommended at all!!

Interesante y sorprendente Nápoles...

Ha sido una experiencia interesante. Un hotel muy económico casi en plena Piazza Garibaldi, al lado de la Stazione Centrale (por eso lo elegí, aunque la zona es terrible...) Dato curioso: había que poner una moneda de 10 cts. para que el ascensor funcionara... Pero en total muy poco! Siendo limpio, teniendo mi propio lavabo, café en la mañana, ascensor y en la zona que me interesaba a tan bajo precio, todo comentario negativo sobra. Además me pude comunicar perfectamente en alemán con el manager -mi italiano no es brillante... También tuve en el armario una caja de seguridad muy oportuna porque Nápoles es una ciudad muy insegura para nuestros monederos...

A great time in Naples at pensione enea!!

Our stay at the pensione enea was truly wonderful! The staff was so helpful and hospitable and gave us wonderful ideas on places to see and to eat, that were truly valuable. Nunzio and Daniel were great hosts, let us know how to take specific buses or trains to get to places, helped us with other questions we had about the area, and made sure we were always comfortable. We hope to return to pensione enea soon and we recommend to all travelers!!

가성비 조금 떨어지는 호텔

남자 리셉션 한명만 영어를 제일 잘하고, 나머지는 조금씩 밖에 못합니다. 그러나 그 남자 직원이 불친절하고요... 엘리베이터가있는데 한번 사용할때마다 10센트씩 내야합니다... 난생처음으로 돈주고 엘리베이터 이용해봤어요. 방 컨디션은 괜찮은 화장실, 특히 샤워실이 엄청 더러워요. 샤워 호스도 고장나서 물이 줄줄샙니다. 샤워할때, 머리감을때 너무 힘들었어요. 와이파이는 잘터집니다. 그렇지만 여자혼자이신 분은 여기 비추에요. 역근처라 밤에 혼자들어갈때 무서워요. 흑인들 많아요. 지나가면 아래위로 다 쳐다봅니다. 조식은 빵이랑 커피정도에요. 기대 마세요. 호텔의 상태에 비해 방값이 비싼감이 있다고 생각합니다.

Esperienza senz'altro ripetibile

L'ingresso all'hotel lascia molto a desiderare, la reception si trova al secondo piano e le indicazioni non sono chiare. A dispetto di ciò una volta arrivati lì il proprietario si è dimostrato efficiente e disponibile a darci informazioni su come spostarci e consigli su cosa vedere della città; aperto 24 ore su 24, anche l'addetto notturno alla reception si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile. La camera, in netto contrasto con l'ingresso, era spaziosa e confortevole, la pulizia più che accettabile. In generale, considerando il prezzo conveniente (circa 17€/notte/persona), consiglio caldamente il soggiorno nella pensione Enea

Da dimenticare

La pensione si trova in una traversa di Piazza Garibaldi piena di rifiuti e persone poco raccomandabili. Lo stabile dove è collocata è indecente. La doccia impraticabile. La colazione pessima. Prezzo stra-esagerato rispetto al servizio offerto. In sintesi ... da dimenticare.

Publicité mensongère

La chambre n'était pas nettoyée tous les jours et il y avait beaucoup de poussière sous le lit. Lit double : 2 petits lits côte à côte réunis par les pieds avec du ruban adhésif mais 2 matelas de différentes tailles. Entrée de l'hôtel commune avec des appartements donc sécurité ????? Le personnel de service ne parle qu'en italien et très bruyant (bruit dans les couloirs à partir de 6 heures du matin !!!). Les couverts du petit déjeuner mal nettoyés et encore mouillés car salle trop petite pour contenir les clients (12 personnes assises) donc la queue à certains moments. Cette salle fait également office de kitchenette indiquée sur la présentation de l'hôtel. L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier très fréquenté et très commerçant aussi bien en gros qu'en détail, et la vue sur le canal sur la publicité est en fait une vue sur l'arrière de l'hôtel.

Nice hotel.. Area Looks dirty and unsecured

Hotel and staff excellent. Room is clean and near the station. The area is what should let you decide to consider this hotel. At the bottom of the hotel there are homeless and beggars on every corner. The smell of fecies on that Street and in the lift to go up to the hotel is something that I'll remember for a very long time. As being an Italian I'm fully ashamed to say this but this is the truth.
