This was a great place in a fantastic location, walking distance to heaps of great restaurants, the central train station and common tour pick up spots. Extremely comfortable, modern and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

For us this was a one night stopover and it was perfect. Close to the airport. Easy to and back the next day. The breakfast voucher provided was perfect. You should know, this is not a hotel, rather more of a BnB. The breakfast was at a cafe across the street.

Staff were very helpful, we were in our room and setup within minutes of arriving to the property. The property is a 15 minute walk from the station and the botanical gardens are close by as well which make for a nice morning walk. The included breakfast is at the pasticceria next door which make some delicious pastries and coffee. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Great room near airport

All you need to know is to message Manuela on WhatsApp before going, and your trip will be great! She’s a great hostess and very helpful. All contactless entry. Simple, as long as you communicate before arrival. 12 minute taxi ride from airport, which cost us about 30 euros.

Great choice to stay in Napoli

Overall very happy with our choice to stay at the President Suites. Gennaro is very helpful and accommodating. He provided us with restaurant recommendations and tips on how to get to the airport when the taxis were on strike. The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great B and B. Room was nice and clean. Very spacious. The staff was friendly. Contactless checkin with Gio. Conveniently located between, train, ferry, and airport. Free cafe next door had good pastries. Breakfast included a coffee and pastry.

o good we've booked again!

Part way between the airport and the station (€10 taxi from each) and very easy to find. Contactless check-in/out but instructions straightforward (once you realise you can do it all through WhatsApp (even though Hotels.com messaging service redacts the contact details - not helpful!!) Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped and you have access to a kitchen next door. Located on a busy street but noise was not an issue and the breakfast is served from the bakery opposite. That was my only disappointment - as someone who needs a low carb diet for health reasons the choice of cake or doughnuts was challenging - mind you, that's not the hotel's fault so 5* all round and we're going back on the way home which says a lot!

The entire process was seamless and stress free thanks to Giovanni who was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Our room was accurately represented by the photos so there were no surprises. We fell in love with Napoli very quickly (starting from Giovanni's hospitality, to the vibrant culture and amazing food that this city offers). We will be coming back to stay here when we return to Napoli next time. Thank you for making our honeymoon a memorable one.

Property was easy to find from the train station, just had to keep double check the big wooden doors but was fine! Check in was something new to us! We didn’t see anyone! It was amazing! However if you don’t have signal or roaming on your phone I’m not sure how it would all work? Great location about 20min walk to “Christmas Alley” area and to the port it’s probably bout an hour but we did make several stops to get drinks as it was 36 degrees!! Enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend

Room was clean and had AC. The shower was really low, like lower than low which sucked because after a long day of walking it would have been nice to have a cold shower with a little bit more pressure. Building is ok, might have to taxi to train station.

Authentic Italian experience

Located in an area outside of the Tourist districts, it gave a look at regular Napoli life. Very busy streets, lots of people walking the sidewalks. The pasticcerie and pizzerie do not have English speaking servers found in the Tourist districts, but we found we were able to order what we needed. A more authentic experience!
