We had a great stay here the night before our flight! The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are updated. A little tough to find but the staff was great at sending pictures and communicating. Would recommend!

Great location in heart of the action. No issues with noise despite the busy area of Spanish quarter. Clean, comfortable. Nice bathroom. Staff was helpful and were able to store our luggage there for a few hours after check out

The location in the heart of Naples was an amazing experience. Locals were not only friendly but helpful. The exact location was difficult to find with only a small name placard on building next to the door. Several locals helped us find it. Loved the OLD neighborhood atmosphere just off Galleria Shopping street of Via Toledo. Very FUN location and felt safe.

Good- spacious room, modern washroom, comfortable beds, convenient area. Could be improved - one key for 3 adults made it hard to go out at separate times. Noise from other guests came through the door and ceiling as it wasn't very soundproof.

It was okay, constriction going on in the main entrance area that made it slippery and unsafe on the stairs.. The shower was leaking all over the floor but im sure both those things will he fixed going forward which will make it safer and better. You have to walk there because narrow streets make it unpassable for vehicles. Theres two balconies which is cool but we didnt try with the construction needed and going on but maybe if you feel adventurous try one out to see if they are stable!

A great little hotel. Right in the centre of the busy and bustling Quartieri Spagnoli district. A good size room with comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom too. Helpful instructions provided on how to access the building and the room. Would recommend as a good base to explore the city.

Rooms were clean. Staff prefers to communicate via whatsapp and it is a good idea to contact them this way before your arrival, so they can give you instructions on how to get in. Location is great, right outside the door is lots of places to eat and shop. Metro train station is very close as well. You will not be able to find parking easily if you are arriving with a rental car, taxi drop off is best.

This was shown as being a hotel there was no one to check us in and wrong instructions were given via Whatsapp for a key pad , had it not been for a couple guests that helped us ,we would have never been able to access room after a long international flight it was extremely disappointing. Sheets were stained. 3 flights of stairs extremely difficult with luggage. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

No one on hand to check us in, no communication at all whatsoever just an email from expedia. We were stuck outside with no way of getting in, no gate codes, etc... for a long time. Fortunately there was another guest that was able to let us in we were able to stay in a room we found a key for left by another guest that had checked out. Very scary experience!

Nossa estadia no Real Giardinetto foi excelente. A localização é um dos grandes destaques: fica muito próximo da Via Toledo, da estação de metrô e de diversas atrações, restaurantes e lojas, o que facilitou bastante conhecer Nápoles a pé. O quarto era confortável, limpo, bem equipado e silencioso, proporcionando ótimas noites de descanso. O atendimento foi muito cordial e prestativo, sempre disponível para tirar dúvidas e oferecer dicas sobre a cidade. A relação custo-benefício é excelente para quem deseja se hospedar em uma região central e conveniente para explorar a cidade. Recomendo o Real Giardinetto para quem visita Nápoles, seja a turismo ou a negócios. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Das war uns wichtig. Die Unterkunft war in der nähe vom Maradona graffiti. Einfach super!

Die Unterkunft hat vorab nicht auf eine Anfrage per Mail reagiert. Ebenso wurde uns vorab nicht mitgeteilt, dass der Balkon des Zimmers aufgrund eines Baugerüsts und Verschmutzung nicht nutzbar ist. Durch den entstandenen Baulärm war ab den frühen Morgenstunden an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Auf Anfrage gab es vonseiten der Unterkunft bzgl. einer Teilkostenerstattung kein Entgegenkommen.
