There is a large covered screened in outdoor area to enjoy the outdoors in all weather and seasons. Home can sleep 8, and has a King sized bed, Queen sized bed, 2 full size beds, Queen pull out sofa bed, and air mattress. $150 extra persons fee applies to groups over 6. Optional $20 pool heat fee per night. $150 pet fee per approved pet.
