The Hotel with No Pool.

This hotel advertises itself as a hotel with a pool this is not true. The pool is a different business and it is 8 Euros per day to use, 12 Euros on Sunday. There is no restaurant and no bar, although you can get some drinks. Breakfast was awful. The staff were helpful but there were families whose devastation at the facilities was immediate. Every nationality experienced the same and lots of people were very very unhappy. The leaflet for the hotel clearly says bar, restaurant and pool. Very disappointing. The expectation is wrong.

Not quite what we were expecting

We arrived at around 10.30 after a nightmare of a journey from Naples airport, after satnav took us up mountains and to the back and beyond!! When we arrived, we were surprised to see there was no water in the pool. Luckily it was just a quick stopover and so we had no intention of using it anyway. When we asked if they had a bar or restaurant, we were told nothing was open as it was not holiday time! Just our rooms which were very basic. It was very cheap and now I know why. We ended up going to a pizzeria down the road which was amazing food and very good value. All was not negative with the hotel though, In the clear light of day you could see in their height of the season it was actually very pleasant. Lovely flowers and courtyard area. Lovely room where we had a super breakfast, The waiter was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Fresh cheeses, meats, pastries and coffees to order plus your usual continental breakfast options were out on display. We wouldn't go there again, as it was nowhere near the airport and on an industrial estate, but who knows, if it was all up and running it may have been a totally different experience.

Nothing was as expected. Breakfast was not even average with only one lady serving everyone! The we had to go out hunting for food reception staff was helpful but lack of English. The pool wasn’t working which was the main attraction for us as my kids wanted to enjoy at the poolside. Restaurant doesn’t open at night so we had to go hunting for food after a long day out. There were no good restaurants near by and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Very bad experience overall and lot of disappointment. Will not recommend this place to anyone

Il bagno era sporco. Alla nostra richiesta di verificare il buon funzionamento dell aria condizionata non abbiamo avuto nessun riscontro positivo. In uno dei due ascensori a volte ci si rimane con le porte bloccate. Personale molto gentile

Ho pernottato una sola notte, la mia esperienza è stata positiva. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, lontana dal traffico cittadino, ma comunque vicino a Napoli- Pozzuoli ecc... lo Staff disponibile e simpatico. Senza ombra di dubbio so, adesso, dove pernottare per le prossime volte. LO CONSIGLIO!

Tennis hotel - needs a brush up

Shabby hotel. They charge 10€ for the pool per person and it closes at 5 o'clook. Too early. The hotel advised us to a very good place to eat. The absolute + about the hotel is the parking area with a guard and video as the area is poor

Frühstück ist ein Witz

Hallo Ich hatte ja durch die Italienrundfahrt den direkten Vergleich zu 4 weiteren 3 Sterne Hotels in verschiedenen Regionen Italiens. Dabei war diese Hotel sicherlich das mit dem schlechtesten Standard. Einziger Vorteil war, dass die Zimmer groß waren, dagegen die Einrichtung wohl noch aus der Bauzeit des Hotels stammten. (Schubladen kaum noch zu öffnen!) Ein großer Vorteil ist jedoch, dass der Parkplatz auch Nachts bewacht wird. Mit Abstand am schlechtesten war allerdings das Frühstück, das jedoch seinen Namen nicht wirklich verdient hatte. Alles nur abgepackte Plastikmarmelade udgl. , keine Wurst, Käse oder Obst. Ich musste wirklich jeden Tag nach Butter fragen und bekam nur 2 kleine Stück zugeteilt. get's noch?

Hotel horrible je déconseille

Rien autour de l'hôtel. Hotel froid sale pas de restauration piscine payante 12€. Chambre horrible matelas inconfortable. L'hôtel est loin de tout rien dans les alentours. Nous avons passé qu'une nuit ensuite nous avons changé d'hôtel pour le centre ville. Ils ont bien voulu nous rembourser les autres nuits jusqu'auj je n'ai pas reçu le remboursement...

Værelserne var slidte, men rene og pæne. Rengøring og rene håndklæder hver dag. Der var intet vand i de 2 pools, området aflåst. Ingen møbler på balkon. Virkede som om, at de ikke var helt klar til at modtage gæster. Restaurant åben i tidrummet 20-22, men ikke hver dag - menu skulle bestilles i forvejen. God mad til yderst fornuftige priser. Personalet var særdeles søde og hjælpsomme.

Per chi vuole fare sport

E' una struttura abbastanza datata con il pregio di essere collocata all'interno di un centro sportivo, per chi vuole tenersi in forma anche quando è in viaggio. Le camere sono arredate in modo spartano (televisore 14 pollici), ma ampie. Nel complesso è gestito comunque bene, cordiale il personale.
