  • Recently renovated 3 bd/2bth open floor villa. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances has breakfast bar and large dining table, the space flawlessly merges into a living room with pool view. Second living room with pool table area provides great entertainment space and it is extra spacious due to high ceilings .Screened lanai with heated pool and Jacuzzi with outside furniture and gas grill overlooks the lake (fishing included ;) ).
    Very quiet and privet lot.

Wonderful snowbird escapeduring our stay.

We had a wonderful stay from mid January to mid Feb. The house was clean and provided plenty of towels, blankets and linens. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware and appliances. The lakeview location was tranquil and beautiful. Lots of ways to stay entertained with pool/spa, pool table, beach and fishing gear. Georgi was very responsive on any minor issues we had. Property was cared for meticulously. Location was easy to access Marco Island or Naples. Lots of great reasons to stay here!

Spring Break with family

This property was amazing! Two separate living areas, which was great! The property has a side yard, very spacious and right on the lake for fishing. There was also a walking/bike path on the opposite side of the lake for exercise. We brought bikes and were able to keep them in the garage. Very quiet neighborhood. We spent a few days at the Naples beach and were also able to enjoy the pool and spa at the house for some rest and relaxation. The house was very clean, bright and had every comfort your own home would have. Highly recommend this property!
