Dont be put off by the entrance its very different in Naples si entering through a gate in a big door which has got graffiti on it was a bit unsettling at first but its very secure and once inside we were very pleased. Could not fault the apartment was spotless modern and well decorated and would stay here again. Didn’t see anyone at reception and you have to have watts app to communicate but that worked as they replied instantly. Location is perfect near the old town and newer area of town near all the shops and bats and easy walk to the ferry port. Some road noise but thats true of Naples everywhere its a 24 hour highly trafficked city. the room was very well soundproofed and wasn’t an issue for us but maybe for some.

The room was very clean, large, comfortable. Modern design. Blocked out the city noise very well. Right on Via Toledo for great shopping & very close to all the other popular areas (Spaccanapoli, Quattro Spagnolo). This is not a hotel more like an AirBnb. We didn’t see anyone the whole trip. Communication by phone & WhatsApp. Something I was not aware of having never been to Naples: it’s very urban, noisy, lots of graffiti - made me nervous at first! The rooms are accessed via a shared courtyard behind a large door & the sign is small. You might think you’re in the wrong place. Pay attention to the WhatsApp for instructions & communication. That said the room was well worth it & safe. Key to front door, key code to the space, key code & fob to your room.

NO HOT WATER

Clean and centrally located room. Easy check-in/check-out. Here’s the issue…THE SHOWER IS CRAP!!! if you want to take a hot shower after a long day walking through Naples, you’ll have to find a different hotel. Turning on the hot water, wasn’t an option. We thought it may have been a temporary problem so we didn’t say anything on our first night there, our fault for not changing hotels right away.

We had clear instructions before arrival on how to access keys and check ourselves in. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was great - really refreshing after being out all day. The air conditioning in the room is good too. The weather was very warm during our stay, but we always felt comfortable. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and loads of shops. There’s lots of places to visit that are just a short walk from the hotel as well. The staff were available via WhatsApp and allowed us to store our luggage there after checking out, which was a big help since our flight was later in the day. Had an enjoyable stay and would choose to stay again in the future. Thanks for a comfortable, hassle-free stay 😁

Great apartment, clean with comfortable beds

Excellent location on the edge of the historic quarter. Very helpful and accommodating staff, allowed us to leave our luggage on the day of our departure and to pick up much later in the day. The place is very secure, requiring different pass codes and keys just to access the lobby. A modern apartment with a lovely bathroom, no bath but a great shower. We stayed here with two young children and would stay here again.

Unterkunft wurde täglich gesäubert. Die Lage ist sehr stadtnah und man kann alles gut fußläufig erreichen. Die Rezeption war nicht ein Tag besetzt, der Zugang zur Unterkunft gestaltete sich daher schwierig. Die Nutzung des Tresores ist nicht zu empfehlen, da man diesen ohne Probleme komplett aus dem Schrank nehmen kann.

Odd situation

Room is fine, comfortable and spacious and clean so it met our needs. we only stayed one night as a stop-over. My issues with the property was the entering and exiting as it is in a very peculiar little piazza with all the shops shut down and a big garage like door blocking it off. You have to go through a tiny little door to gain entrance which our bags barely fit through. Really strange - have never seen anything like it and honestly it made me uncomfortable. Not sure why this was the case but there seemed to be other tiny doors with big garages blocking main entrances too so not sure if this is normal in that part of town or not. Not familiar with Naples so not sure what the area is like. Picked it because we needed something close to airport so it met our needs, but would not stay here again.

Just fantastic. Self check in was a breeze, and Stefano was very responsive. The lpcationwnas fantastic, right near many famous pizza restaurants and shopping. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in Napoli!

Posizione strategica, pulito e curato

Ottimo B&B gestito da persone molto disponibili ed efficienti. Posizione ottima per accedere al centro storico e ai quartieri spagnoli, ma anche per raggiungere piazza del plebiscito a solo1 km di distanza. Vicinissimo al complesso monumentale di Santa Chiara. Porte automatiche per consentire l’accesso in autonomia. Molto pulito. Macchina del caffè, bollitore e frigo in camera. tisane e capsule oltre ad Acqua in quantità a disposizione.
