Perfect for tourists

Bathroom and room really big and comfortable. The owner Is really kind and helpful. Super location! In few minutes by walk you reach: tube, 3 funiculars and shopping area.

Terrible building, a lot of moo in the room, a lot of hair in the room, you can hear the tv of the other room and conversations, the hot water can’t be graduated, the ir conditioner is lid and lid, the cooler doesn’t work

Place to avoid

The property is NOT what presented in the app. There was no daily housekeeping, no buffet breakfast and conditions were poor. 1. Housekeeping was every other day and not on bank holidays hence during our 7 days stay over Christmas we got house keeping only twice. And I had to ask for toilet paper replacement and shower gel otherwise we never get them. 2. Breakfast consist in a voucher for the local bar for a coffe and a cornetto nothing more nothing different. My daughter had to pay for a juice. 3. Condition were really poor. Humidity spot everywhere on the walls, mold on the window, no toilet cover and holes on the bad sheets. 4 when I complain the answer was always the same, something happens and nothing changed
