Naples is one of US cities with the best dining options and golf destination. The Mercato, a very popular shopping and dining center is located 1.25 miles from the rental.
This sun filled home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large 450 sq. ft. lanai and pool. It is located within a mile of Vanderbilt Beach, The Ritz Carlton.
COMPLETELY RENOVATED! Living room, kitchen and two bedrooms have canal views and access to pool area & canal.
Take the beach chairs and sunbathe on the clean white sandy beaches, and enjoy the world class shopping and restaurants located within a few miles.

Rent jet skis, paddle boards and kayaks and explore the Gulf of America, estuaries and backwaters. Play tennis at Pelican Bay Community Park located on Vanderbilt Beach Rd. approx. 3/4 mi. from our home.
A short 10-15 min. walk will take you to Vanderbilt Beach, one of the world's & the country's finest. While you're there, enjoy the white, sandy beaches and famous, beachfront restaurants. Take a short bike ride to another one of the country's best beaches, Delnor-Wiggins Pass Beach State Park, a quiet, natural and serene beach. Within 1 mile from our home, you will find world renowned restaurants, such as; The Grill at The Ritz (beachfront), The Baleen, at the LaPlaya Golf and Beach Resort (beach front) and other local favorites like the Turtle Club (beach front dining). Some other locally owned restaurants are Joe's Diner, Trattoria Abbruzi, Brooks Burgers, Fit n Fuel, Tacos and Tacos and Tequilla Cantina, Royal Scoop, Gran de Cafe (french bakery) and Cesibon a popular ice cream and frozen yogurt shop.
Drive 5 mins. South on Rt. 41 and shop at the upscale Waterside Shops where you'll find Tiffany's, DeBeers, Cartier, Coach, Gucci, Sak's, Louis Vuiton, Hermes, Williams Sonoma Nordstroms,, LuLuLemon, Veronica Beard, Jenni Kayne, Tory Burch, Apple Store and many many others. At the Philharmonic/Artis, located near the Waterside Shops, you can attend live shows, such as plays and concerts.

The Village at Venetian Bay with waterfront shops and more great restaurants, is located further South on 41 in the Park Shore neighborhood.

Travel 15 minutes South on Tamiami (41) to historic Olde Naples and shop or dine at Campiello's, Tommy Bahama's, Trulucks, Milanos, Tulias, Ocean Prime, Chops and many many others.

Tin City is located downtown as well and has waterfront restaurants, souvenier shops and many local favorites, such as the Serious Cookie, Monkey Bread and homemade soap from Naples Soap Co.

The Mercato is, which is also known as Uptown Naples, is located 1.25 miles from our home. There you can shop and dine at one of the many restaurants and cafes or you can have dinner and a movie at the state-of-the-art movie theater. In addition, it is a very popular place for outdoor movies, concerts, car shows, art shows and nightlife fun at Burn, Blue Martini, The Pub and Burntwood Taberna, Rocco’sTacos, Bar Tulia with many more shops, restaurants and bars opening soon.

Travel North on Tamiami (Rt. 41) for approx. 15 minutes and shop and dine at Coconut Point (and ourtdoor mall) in Estero or visit Miromar Outlets.

Naples is famous for having great golf courses, as well. You'll find a list of them in the home. Great places to take the children are Sun-n Fun-Lagoon (a water park w/waterslides and lazy river), the Naples' Zoo and miniature golf courses or just sit by the pool or at the beach and enjoy the warmth, sunshine, gulf breezes and beautiful sunsets. The home is equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, and some beach toys.

Many amenities located within 1 1/2 miles from the property, such as 4 grocery stores, Trader Joes, Whole Foods and two Publix. Located 1/2 mile from the property is a mini mart, The Beach Store. Also, LA Fitness is located at the corner of Tamiami (Rt. 41) and Vanderbilt Beach Road. Weekly memberships available at LA Fitness. Within 1 1/2 miles, you will also find salons, fitness center, spa, banks, drycleaners and many popular locally owned restaurants.

Amazing Naples Getaway

This property was exactly as advertised! We loved the pool on the canal and spent many hours on the lanai. It's amazing that the entire room can be open to the outside. We saw lots of amazing wildlife right from the patio-including a manatee! The house has everything you need for the beach/pool and we loved being able to take the bikes for rides around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

The perfect spot for our family vacation!

Our stay was just perfect. Antoinette was friendly, attentive and the property was even better than we imagined from pictures. Location was awesome - close to beaches, grocery, restaurants and more. Full family relaxation and five star location!

Highly recommend this lovely home! It was recently remodeled and spotless with everything we needed for a family week away. Our favorite place to be was in the lanai and by the pool - the ability to open up doors and see everyone while in either part was ideal with a younger child that loves to live in the pool. Pool was well taken care of and had a relaxing vista on the canal. Location is only a half mile walk to Vanderbilt Beach and other restaurants. Easy/short drive to Whole Foods, the Mercato, and a favorite French bakery (Grain de Cafe). Bedrooms were comfortable and airy. Excellent communication from the owners when needed!

Our family absolutely loved your rental property at Vanderbilt Beach. Your home and pool are in wonderful condition and both are extremely clean and well maintained. Perfect for us!

The online ad sold me on choosing this location for our holiday, but when we arrived it was even more perfect than I thought. So comfortable, beautifully decorated and super clean. It had most things we needed and our host was very responsive to any messages. The pool/canal vibe was just perfect and the two pelicans that stop by a number of times each day to fish the canal while we were pool side were the cherry on top!! Ideal location with many things to do in the area by foot, bike or car. If you are an out of Country Sports fan 🇨🇦 and it’s playoff season for your team - your paid apps may not work on the TV so just a heads up. Would definitely stay again with a high recommendation to all!

Beautiful Home

This was our second year staying in this home and everything is lovely. Very relaxing laying by the pool and enjoying the peaceful view from the lanai. We biked to lunch and walked the beach everyday. Antoinette the owner is very easy to work with and answers questions quickly.

Hospitality at it's Finest!!!

We had our most relaxing family vacation ever at this wonderful vacation home. The owners have paid attention to Every detail and the process was seamless from application through our return home. The home is truly beautiful and what a great location! The private pool is fabulous and the bicycles made the short trip to Vanderbilt Beach fun. We enjoyed cooking fresh seafood & steaks on the grill and lounging around the pool until it was time to hop on the bikes and return to the beach for the awesome sunsets! A beautifully kept house with probably one of the best waterfront outlooks in Naples.

Antionettes home has everything you could wish for to make your holiday a fantastic experience . The pool and lanai look out over the waterfront and attract the sun from the times it rises until it sets. A truly beautiful setting . Inside it has all the facilities you could wish for , from wifi , satellite tv , masses of beach equipment to a nespresso machine . The location in Naples is perfect , close to the beach , supermarkets , malls, restaurants and the cinema. We have spent a winter holiday here for the last 4 years and hope to do again in the near future
