Relax by the refreshing pool or enjoy alfresco dining on the spacious patio. You'll have easy access to pristine beaches, delicious dining, and all the best Naples has to offer. Experience the tranquility and beauty of waterfront living in this idyllic setting.

-Waterfront w/ dock (guests are not permitted to dock a boat on the property - there is a boat permanently in the lift). It is a great dock for kayaking or fishing from!
-We provide a starter kit of all supplies & toiletries. Depending on use, you may need to purchase more during your stay.
-Guests are welcome to use the neighboring community center tennis courts, pickleball courts, and pool.

NOTE: The built in outdoor grill & mini fridge on the patio are non-functional, but we do have another, brand new propane grill that guests are welcome to use!

The house was very clean .Dara checked in a few times on us to make sure everything was okay . The house was pet friendly . The dock was nice it was great to go out at night and see the fish light from the dock across the canal.
