"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

"Basically stumbled on these beautifully built, spotlessly clean and very comfortable cabanas. Nice private forest trails for wildlife with gardens and bird watching platforms on the property. It's clear they are making constant improvements (particularly focused on birding groups) and it will only get better with time. Toni and Eladio are fabulous, interesting, knowledgeable and accommodating hosts passionate about the nature and conservation of the region! The meals offered are fresh, delicious...

"Le site est très bien et le personnel très amical. Les infrastructures ont vraiment besoin d’être améliorées. Par exemple des palapas recouverts de plastiques et la difficulté à réguler la température de l’eau dans la douche. L’eau de la piscine est brouillée. La nourriture et le service sont très bien."
