Hotel offered complimentary coffee, toothbrushes, and other hygienic items which were very appreciated. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the bathroom is very functional. We would stay here again when we visit Kyoto."

"I liked the hotel overall. I rated low on eco friendly because they use single use plastic water bottles and they use Keurig style coffee pods in the lobby. The thermostat in the room was not user friendly and the room never reflected the temperature that was displayed. I enjoyed staying there. Would recommend to a friend.
