"Nice place for a quick rest before 2 longs days of yravel"

"This place is beautiful. In the middle of the hustle and bustle but on the grounds feels like you are million miles from everything. The grounds are expansive and very well maintained. The pool area is lovely. All the staff from Carlos the porter, Roberto on reception, Cindy in housekeeping and Sebastian on the omelette station, basically everyone we came into contact with were wonderful. Upgrading to the executive package is worth it if you are going to be doing a lot of excursions is so worth it, just for breakfast and dinner, both buffet style, is definitely the way to go. We will definitely be returning!!!"

"This hotel is wonderful and I highly recommend it. Salvador and the breakfast crew went above and beyond to make me happy each morning. The breakfast is one of the best of any hotel I have been to lately. The rooms are comfortable and make up in functionality what they lack in view. The only space for improvement would be the room service menu, it is so limited and the restaurant food is too messy and exotic and frankly not very good (not to mention expensive). But Uber eats has so many good options in that area that it was like having all of Escazu as room service. Big shout out to the burger at the bar, that was exceptional. Overall this hotel is the best in San Jose and I hope it stays this way! "

"The staff was friendly! It was clean, comfortable. We had an early flight to the US and they had a shuttle service ready to pick us up at 3am. "

"The shuttle arrived within 20 minutes of landing and the driver was extremely polite. Breakfast was very healthy however, there wasn’t any bacon or sausage. No biggy. All of the hotel staff was very professional and very friendly. 5 star service!!! "
