Reception check in check out by kiosk but if you have some questions better knows Japanese. Tuvalet is really small not comfortable. "Best airport hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were bigger than I’m used to in Tokyo and super clean with great amenities. Loads of great food choice below the hotel and the onsen is such a bonus! Five mins and you’re at terminal three. Brilliant all round"

"Elevators are terrible. Can be waiting up to 15 minutes for availability. They warn you about checkout time but it’s consistent throughout the day. The rooms are so tiny you can’t have bags open while also have space to move around. Bathrooms are next to impossible they are so tiny and kind of feel like a bathroom you’d see on a boat. Number of guests they’re squeezing in is likely the issue with the elevator, so many rooms with so few elevators. Had included breakfast but it was so jammed with people we only were able to use it once. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms are clean."
