"Upon check in, the staff could have been a little friendlier especially when there's a language barrier, but over all the rooms were clean even though the toilet area has a weird smell that lingered. Housekeepers were all great and super friendly."

"This place is very clean and the staff are hard working. We like how they provide toiletries including pyjamas. Providing us breakfast was a bonus. The shuttle service to and from Narita airport was a real bonus. It operated frequently and on time! We enjoyed its convenient location & it has easy access to JR lines."
