The property consists of the main building on the ground floor and 4 annexes, totaling 9 bedrooms: the main building's ground floor with 4 bedrooms, Agrumeto annex with 1 bedroom, Tennis annex with 2 bedrooms, and Stalla annex with 2 bedrooms. The first floor is used by the owner.
The villa accommodates up to 18 guests, with an additional six to eight beds available on sofa beds and extra beds. Each apartment has a kitchenette and a private outdoor area.
