S. Maria al Bagno is a beautiful seaside town of the Municipality of Nardò and this villa is very suitable for a vacation of absolute sea and relaxation.

At 10 min. by car from S. Maria al Bagno is Gallipoli, a reference point for "VIP Holidays", and even closer are the splendid "Santa Caterina" and the unmissable Natural Park of "Porto Selvaggio".

The villa is 800 mt. from the sea easily reachable on foot by a staircase that from the house leads to the sea and about 1,000 m. from the beautiful sandy beaches of Santa Maria al Bagno and / or Santa Caterina.

The house is a house with a breathtaking view of the sea and view of the natural park of Porto Selvaggio built and completed in 2011.

The attic that is rented is of mq. 80 to which are added approx. 200 of equipped outdoor terraces.

The villa has 2 double bedrooms (one double and one triple) air-conditioned each with private bathroom, living room (also air-conditioned) with kitchenette and large windows that allow a breathtaking view, all surrounded by large terraced spaces open.

Struttura moderna e confortevole a pochi passi dal lungomare, terrazzi top con vista magnifica. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente da ritornare.

Vacanza Fuori Stagione, ma Stupenda!!!!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana fuori stagione all'insegna del relax. Siamo stati molto fortunati nel trovare giornate primaverili. La casa è assolutamente bellissima sia per l'interno che per l'esterno. Un terrazzo attrezzato e molto confortevole anche per la gioia dei nostri bimbi. Accoglienza molto cordiale, non appena arrivati i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi nell'offrirci dei prodotti tipici del posto, Situata a 5 minuti dal mare è stata un ottima scelta per la nostra vacanza, sia per spostamenti visto il periodo sia perchè volevamo un posto tranquillo. Ci torneremo sicuramente al più presto con tutta la famiglia

siamo stati " ospiti " di questo BELLISSIMO appartamento e diciamo ospiti perchè ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. L'appartamento è comodo, bello e completo di tutto, rispecchiando perfettamente e alla lettera la descrizione fatta e relative fotografie; ha un ampio terrazzo arredato da dove si gode di una splendida vista sul mare sul parco natura di Porto Selvaggio e si trova in una posizione molto vicina sia al mare (raggiungibile a piedi per una scalinata) sia alla piazzetta di Santa Maria al Bagno (ristoranti e bar) Il signor Roberto, ottimo padrone di casa, è stato gentile e disponibile. Consiglieremo senz'altro ad amici e parenti !!!

Casa molto curata, ordinata e confortevole; panorama magnifico con vista del tramonto; abbiamo mangiato in terrazzo con temperature piacevoli. Abbiamo trovato tutto conforme all'annuncio; proprietari disponibili e gentili.

Belle location et vue mer

Très bonne location et belle terrasse avec vue mer. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Elle est au calme. Le propriétaire, Roberto, est très accueillant et très sympathique ( merci). Il nous a donné de bons conseils sur la région. La ville et les environs sont agréables.

"In sintesi: tutto molto ...

"In sintesi: tutto molto bello, da consigliare. Per prima cosa la casa: esattamente come ci aspettavamo, davvero bella (vista invidiabile, sopratutto dal balcone più in alto) e con tutti i comfort. Si vede che la casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata, perché è tutto nuovo, bello e ben conservato. I proprietari (Roberto e i suoi genitori, che vivono sotto) sono persone molto gentili e ospitali, che ci hanno dato ottimi consigli e accolto come se ci conoscessimo da sempre (compresi due gentili omaggi al nostro arrivo). Ideale per famiglie con 2 o 3 figli ma soprattutto per 2 coppie di amici (come eravamo noi), grazie alla presenza dei due bagni specifici per ogni camera (tipo hotel per intenderci) che permettono la giusta indipendenza. La casa è poi a Santa Maria al Bagno, abbastanza vicina al centro, località che rappresenta davvero un ottimo compromesso tra chi vuole visitare le spiagge del Salento, e chi invece non può fare a meno della mondanità di Gallipoli o Santa Caterina."

"Appartamento in villa, nuovo e ben tenuto, con un enorme terrazzo super attrezzato e vista stupenda. Il paese S. Maria al Bagno è una chicca con una bellissima spiaggietta incuneata tra le roccie ed il paese. I proprietari sono molto gentili ed in presenza di un piccolo malinteso si sono dimostrati più che disponibili. Una vacanza sicuramente da ripetere!"

"La casa è proprio come descritta nell''annuncio. Siamo stati molto comodi in cinque. Sulle ampie terrazze abbiamo mangiato all''aperto e fatto la doccia con vista mare e acqua calda. All''interno aria condizionata e arredamento moderno e funzionale. Mancano forse un po'' di pentole, ma il proprietario ha detto che provvederà. I proprietari sono stati gentili e molto disponibili. Speriamo di tornarci."

"La vacanza appena trasco...

"La vacanza appena trascorsa a casa del Sig. Marra ci rimarrà nel cuore veramente per molto tempo. La villa è veramente bella e confortevole ogni dettaglio è stato curato per assicurare confort e relax agli ospiti. La vista dall''attico è a dir poco favolosa: l''aperitivo in terrazza al tramonto è stato l''appuntamento fisso del pomeriggio. La zona è molto tranquilla e senza stress di parcheggio inoltre il lungumare si raggiunge a piedi per una scalinata. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana veramente bella con tante belle escursioni nel Salento a visitare le sue perle: Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli e Leuca. Porto Selvaggio è praticamente dietro l''angolo è un parco naturale dove si può accedere solo a piedi o in barca noi abbiamo scelto la seconda opzione ed è stato incantevole. Torneremo sicuramente presto in questo meravigloso posto e ovviamente a casa del Sig. Marra."

"Soggiorno delizioso e sicuramente da ripetersi. I proprietari sono ospitalissimi e veramente squisiti. Ci hanno anche regalato un bellissimo giro in barca a Gallipoli e vi assicuro che la vista dal mare è irripetibile. Estrema disponibilità, gentilezza e premure che ci hanno fatto sentire veramente a casa! Siamo stati molto bene, l''appartamento è ben pulito e ben attrezzato, a due passi da un mare d''incanto. Ne abbiamo parlato con entusiasmo ai nostri amici. Torneremo sicuramente, è stata una gran bella vacanza!"
