A very charming and cozy place to stay. We were visiting friends in Narni, and this was a perfect place for us -- beautiful countryside, fragrant air, unforgettable views, comfortable and spacious room with all the modern amenities. Plus very caring staff. Definitely recommend!

Lovely food friendly service

Spacious and clean. Very nice service. Easy to park. Lovely surprise to find such delicious dinner sitting next to the fireplace was icing on the cake. The stew was the best so far in Italy.

Lovely location. Beautiful view from room.Expected rustic but not dirty hallway windows, dripping toilet, mouldy shower grout, AC non functioning, paper thin walls,chairs at the pool covered in bird excrements and disappointing breakfast. Had better coffee at gas stations on the road. Needs TLC.

Beautiful

It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure you make transportation plans in advance it is impossible to find a taxi and buses will not get you to this location.

I picked this place because I prefer to stay in the countryside rather than a city and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and peaceful. I also liked that they had an outdoor swimming pool, which was a good way to cool down since the weather was extremely hot. The breakfast was excellent, and I recommend their restaurant for dining too. It is traditional Italian food prepared to order without rushing. Be ready to spend at least an hour on the whole dining experience.

We tried to check in at 3pm, but there were no staff to be found anywhere. After calling, we discovered from a recording check in was at 4pm. Returning at 4pm, again no staff anywhere on the grounds. By 4:30pm another guest happened to have the cell number of a staff member….by 4:45pm, we were finally able to check in.

Nous avons eu une chambre familiale face a la reception, donc bruits des clients, telephone qui sonne. En outre, la chambre est face au restaurant donc bruit de vaisselle jusque 23h30 et le matin avec les clients qui vont dejeuner. Vraiment pas reposant. Humidite et taches noires dans la salle de bain. Belle piscine, dejeuner correct. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Camera carina e pulita. Ristorante buono e cameriere uomo molto gentile ed educato. Colazione un po scarsa visto che quandi siamo scesi alle 9.30 gia era finito quasi tutto. Piscina da pulire anche nel primo pomeriggio con il retino, perche a meta pomeriggio era piena di insetti morti e piume che galleggiavano. La nuova ragazza receptionist/cameriera un po scortese. Prima ci da una camera con letti a castello che per 4 adulti non era molto indicata, visto che non c'erano bambini. Le dico che non gradivamo molto i letti a castello e dopo ci offre una camera carina con soppalco e letti divisi su 2 piani. Poi non ci ha chiesto se ci fermavamo a cena e quando siamo scesi per cenare ha fatto una faccia scocciata che ci ha fatto un po pentire di non essere andati a cena fuori in altri ristoranti li in zona.

Ett bra boende för det låga priset. Var väldigt varmt ute så luftkonditioneringen på rummet räckte inte för en behaglig temperatur på rummet, utan det var ändå 27-28 grader. En av dagarna så var poolen stängd pga ett bröllop vilket även bidrog med hög musik fram till långt efter midnatt.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, wunderbar zum entspannen. Der Pool war sehr schön und das Essen am Abend lecker. Guter Ort um weitere Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort. Das Frühstück konnte uns nicht ganz überzeugen, da uns zum Beispiel frisches Brot fehlte und die Auswahl nicht so gross war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder wählen und empfehlen sie gerne weiter.

Quadrupla inagibile ( diversa da quella prenotata sul sito). Due letti singoli riposti nel sottotetto mansardato, dove l’aria condizionata non arrivava. “Dormito” al caldo e all’umido asfissiante. Il condizionatore riposto al piano terra era molto rumoroso. Notte insonne. Pulizia della stanza da rivedere: era presente un panino sul davanzale interno della finestra lasciato dai precedenti ospiti, non rimosso nonostante la segnalazione. Acqua fredda del bidet non funzionante (solo acqua bollente). Lenzuola bucate. Il personale delle pulizie ci invita a controllare di aver preso tutto “altrimenti ci sarebbe toccato tornare “: ma tranquilli, non succederà.
