"Rooms are rather small but clean. Location is excellent - just across the street from the beautiful, not crowded beach. Beach with a lifeguard (which is important to me since I travel with small kids) is just steps away. A short drive to seafood restaurants and such. We will sure return. "

"This hotel could be so amazing but just falls short. I booked this hotel mainly because of the pool which was such a major let down. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting and the pool itself was dirty and freezing. The hotel offered coffee around the clock, which was nice, but a simple breakfast in the morning would have been much more convenient. The bed and pillows were stiff. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly."

"We were in town for a sailing competition in Newport with 2 other families. We had plenty of room. All bedrooms were large and having 2 gathering spaces plus the outdoor deck meant lots of room for everyone to hang out. Nikki was very quick to respond with any questions we had and the place was immaculate. Plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the foosball table and games!"
