• All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made in Airbnb to an earlier time do not override this policy.

• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.

• Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.

• If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.

Spacious

The place had plenty of space for our group. We rented two of the houses for our group of 20. We had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were good and neighborhood was mostly quiet. There were some dumpster divers who left messes during our stay. Overall, we like the place and would stay there again.

Great Trip for Large Group

We had a large group of 18 stay in these two houses for an NFL game. The houses were plenty spacious to accommodate us. It’s about 10 minutes from broadway. The floors were a little dirty, but overall the houses were clean. The top bunk beds are very flimsy so nobody slept on the top. Other than that we had a great time and would stay again.
