This quaint condo is on the ground floor and has a covered back patio with a beautiful view of the river! The spacious living area, dining area, and kitchen are perfect for gathering to plan your day or debrief after a night out! The bedroom has a king bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Both beds have high quality mattresses and pillows to encourage the best rest possible for the duration of your stay.

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.

Perfect spot in Nashville!

This was the perfect location for a trip to Nashville with my Husband. Just the right amount of space, close to downtown but far enough away that it was quiet. The river was nice and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again!

The place was clean, convenient, and the property manager was great to stay in contact with us if we had any concerns or questions. We had a lot of noise one night from the people above us, but we survived. Thank y’all so much for a great place to stay!

SUCH A CUTE PLACE

This place was super cute! Even better than the photos. Also, super close to downtown, but tucked away in a quiet little pocket so you feel safe and secluded. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and had everything we needed. I'd stay again!

We stayed for a long weekend. The property is in a good location. About a 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. Bed was comfy, check is was a breeze, overall a nice place. Wonderful Stay

It was perfect! The sleeper sofa was amazingly comfortable! Speaking as a 67 year old I would have felt better with a shower mat in the tub, or a grab bar.... Other than that, it was a wonderful vacation.

River views and fireplace gives a casual cozy feeling. Stay was great overall. Close to German town, baseball field, bicentennial park and Broadway. Free parking was a huge plus. Bring earplugs if your stay is over the weekend, you may need them for the noise of the unit above.

Great Location and Very Nice

Great view out your back door, felt very safe Long walk to downtown so we used Lyft Walked to Nissan Stadium. Workout center for the apartment is not well equipped This unit is under the stairway so you get a little noise from the stairs. Nice covered free parking right outside your door We would stay here again.

The apartment was a good size for 2 people. It was adequately supplied. It was a little short on storage space, and more hangers would have been useful. We really liked the location. It was away from the hustle and bustle, yet a short walk to downtown, the capitol and Germantown. The view of the Cumberland River was very nice.

Cute little condo on the river with some room for improvements

This was a very nice condo on the river and within close proximity for walking or driving to downtown Nashville. Comfortable beds and relaxing atmosphere. Nice little condo by the river

The property was nice and clean. Very much as expected. The only issue was the Keurig coffee maker needs replacing. Would only make like 1/4 cup on any setting. We were able to walk to music row during the day. Very nice walk ways to all the bars.

Really cute place

We really loved the place. It was so cutely decorated and he had everything we needed. We could not find the TV remote for the TV in the bedroom, but they quickly resolve the issue the next morning. We also had an issue with flying bugs, but we think it was because we were going in and out a lot in the evening through the screen door. We love sitting on the deck near the river in the pool was amazing. The location is easy to walk to Broadway and printers Alley. It was actually an easier walk then drive because of all the construction. We liked being between Germantown and Broadway was a perfect location for us.

Noisy neighbors

The people in the unit above us kept us up until 2:30 AM. Must be no insulation between the units. We also had no internet so no tv. Wallpaper is peeling off the wall 3 hangers in the closet. Good parking good location, nice patio and view.

So great!

My friend and I took a girls trip to Nashville for a few days. The property was great, the manager was so communicative, and the checkin/checkout process was easy. The only two down sides were 1. The upstairs neighbors were SOOOO loud in the middle of the night. I did have to reach out to the property manager because there is onsite security. 2. The walk to broadway is easy, however, you do walk through one homeless encampments. We weren’t bothered, but it was slightly intimidating. So, overall, it was great and I would stay again!
