Luxury/5-star new build home with Roof top desirable Katie Hill less than a mile from Downtown. Its conveniently located to all the entertainment Nashville has to offer, very close to East Nashville Restaurants, Titans Stadium, Bridgestone and Convention Center. Every popular local and tourist areas are within few minutes ride on Uber/Lyft.
We do have few units, so if planning larger gathering, please ask about option combining and hosting upto 48 guests at once

Canceled day of reservation

The day of the reservation which was made 4 months in advance the host told me the property was no longer available. Then was given the option to rent an alternate house which was very dirty and a bad location! Dead lizard and urine on the couch. Place was falling apart and bad location. Asked for a full refund and left. I believe this property was never even available and it was just a way to push renters into a much lesser property. I did receive a full refund but had to book a hotel last minute.

Nice place, but with a few quirks

The property was nice and spacious. Communication wasn't quick and we had a maintenance issue and the property manager responded saying maintenance came to the house and no one answered the door. We were there the time the person came, but they never knocked or rang the doorbell. We know as the following morning the police came knocking on the door saying the alarm went off. We hadn't left that day and were just having breakfast. They told us the alarm goes off all the time. It also lacked some basic things in the kitchen, such as a toaster or a cookie sheet. We used foil to broil things in the oven as a toaster. No potholders either. The garage door opener also wasn't hooked up. Overall the place was nice, just a few odds and ends that were overall minor inconveniences. I do wish the response would have been better. We wanted to know check out protocol and never heard from the owners, so we checked out like we had checked in. There were 6 adult women over 40 so this wasn't a party pad for us either. We all are also new to VRBO, so perhaps this is normal??

Beautiful Home

First, I’d like to thank the property owners for being quick with communication. It was very helpful especially that we requested an early check-in and they were able to accommodate. Secondly, the home was beautiful and had lots of space to sleep and hang out. Very close to broadway too. Overall, I’d recommend staying here!

Talbot’s Corner Weekend

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this property. The location was great for anyone looking to stay close to downtown area without dealing with the large crowd. Highly recommend.
