Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

**Note regarding the pool: Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year.

If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (7%).

The condo was adorable. Perfect for 4 to 6 people. It had multiple stations for ladies to get ready & put makeup on. Outlets and charging stations in multiple locations. A 7 to 12 minute drive to everything. Fantastic vaca. Thanks!!!

Our stay in Nashville was great! Place was conveniently located and along the river was beautiful. The living room furniture looked cute with decor and small size of area, but was HORRIBLE. It was not comfortable at all for grown ups. Maybe a college dorm.

Good location. Place was clean and cute! It would of been nice to have a blind on the sliding glass door. Also sheets were not out for the blow up but contacted manager and was given instructions on where to find it. Also pool towels would of been nice. Over all great place.

Weekend Trip

Took this trip to Nashville for the SEC Tournament at Bridgestone with our grandkids. The space was a great set up for us! Our grandson loved watching the boats and barges going down the river! Jen was great, and quickly replied to our questions. Plenty of towels, and also had all the necessities provided, too! (TP, soap, bodywash, shampoo, etc.) We walked daily to Bridgestone Arena, not a bad walk at all. Just straight down along the river, then up Broadway! It was so nice to be close to the downtown area and not have to worry about the traffic. The weather was a bit rainy the first day down and we had no worries while taking our luggage in with the covered parking area! This was a really neat space and we had everything we needed!

Place was very dirty, bugs in the cupboard's and on the floors, hair in the shower.floors very sticky walls were filthy ans well ans baseboards full of dirt and hair. Only 1 towel pp for 4 night stay for 4 people. River rats or some form of large rodents running around outside on the deck area daily. Heavy construction noise all day long. Much better off to have rented a hotel for a lot less money. Not worth what they charge.

Stay somewhere else

This propery is a total bait and switch and is not worth the money. Looks nice online, but its not. Scary neighborhood, jenk furniture and weird layout. 1. The shower curtain and the shower in the master bathroom were both moldy. The shower curtain needs to be thrown away and replaced with a new one. So gross. 2. The chair in the master bedroom has wobbly/broken legs. You can't sit on it for fear of falling down and hurting yourself. 3. The furniture in the den is impractical and uncomfortable. The yellow chairs are for looks only. SO uncomfortable! And the couch is rock hard. We only had three people in the condo and no one could sit comfortably in the living room. 4. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper in the condo. With three women staying for three days, that was ridiculous. We had to go out and buy more. 5. The gym equipment was broken. The bike, elliptical, etc. were not working. That was not noted in the property description. 6. The condo was located in the middle of a construction site and a sketchy area. As three women, we did not feel safe walking downtown, and had problems getting to the condo driving because some of the roads were blocked off completely. This place is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE considering its condition, location and neighborhood. Stay somewhere else. Youll be happy you did.

This place was extremely clean, very nicely decorated with lots of tourist decor so we took lots of pictures in there, and was able to accommodate 5 girls very easily. Very close to downtown and a beautiful serene riverfront location. Would highly recommend this place to anyone on their way to Nashville!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We had four adults staying here. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows. House was stocked with almost everything. The one thing we needed, they took care of. Communication was fantastic. The living room furniture is not very comfortable. We hung out in the rooms more for comfort. We get the aesthetic that they were going for and the place was beautiful, this was just how we all feel. They have lots of games. The balcony was fun. Lots of critters, whistle pigs were the best. The pool always had lots of people so we didnt use it. Plenty of fans. AC was perfect. It was on the first floor. We really appreciated not having to take stuff up the stairs. The pics dont do justice to the view of the water. You can watch the river from inside. We would most certainly stay here again. Thank you.

Fourth of July weekend

Perfect location to walk to Broadway! Perfect spot to see the fireworks! Owner very responsive to messages. I would recommend to not walk alone after dark or even during the day, lots of homeless that were pretty persistent even with my Husband who is a big Guy. Definitely would stay at this location again.

Nashville stay with friends

Overall we were very happy with our stay! The place is decorated super cute and is very clean! The host is also incredibly helpful & responsive! There was a lot of construction going on next to the property so we didn’t feel quite safe walking home as 4 women but it is a very cheap Lyft from downtown or germantown. Pool was small & got very crowded but there was also a big soccer game going on while we were there which I’m sure was adding to that. The space is small & with only 4 of us we were very comfortable but over 6 people I feel would be really tight. Again a positive experience overall & I would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in this condo. It was decorated so cute! The location was great - we were able to walk to Germantown and to downtown. The condo also had everything we needed for our short stay! We had a wonderful time in Nashville, and the condo's location really enabled that.

Walking to fun times

This apt. Was very clean and has plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. We were able to walk to Broadway street and managed to stumble our way back safely. Will rent this place again soon.
