With four levels, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The modern and fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining, while the spacious decks offer fantastic views of the city. Plus, the many trundle beds on each floor allow for flexible sleeping arrangements.
LEVEL ONE
The first floor features a double-car garage with the Pool table game room.
LEVEL TWO
The second level features a large brand new fully-equipped kitchen as well as open concept living and dinning area. It also features a large guest bedroom with a twin trundle (2 twins) PLUS 2 x queen trundle (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) and a full bathroom PLUS an additional half bathroom.
LEVEL THREE
The third level features a large spacious entertaining deck, with downtown views. It also features two bedrooms that are connected w/ large Jack & Jill bathroom. One bedroom contains a queen bunk bed (2 queen beds) the other bedroom contains two queen trundles (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds).
LEVEL FOUR
The fourth level features the primary bedroom with King-sized bed, PLUS an additional twin trundle (2 twins) along with a large luxurious master bathroom w/ double sinks. The fourth level also leads you to the fourth floor deck with stunning city views, and ample seating. On this floor you will also find the in-suite laundry.
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out.
Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.

PET FRIENDLY
We welcome pets but require prior information about all pets staying on the property. An additional $100 cleaning fee per pet will apply. Failure to register pets or evidence of unregistered pets will incur a $250 fine. Service animals, with appropriate documentation, are exempt from the pet fee; however, emotional support animals are considered pets.
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
You'll receive check-in details before your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. We offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50 and at 12 PM for $100, subject to availability for bag drop-offs.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.
EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.
RULES
Failure to comply with these rules resulting in refunds or discounts for subsequent guests may lead to charges on your end.
