There was live music. Nice. There was no information about this when we booked the room. We have a 5am flight and the music is literally shaking our whole room. Called front desk to request changing rooms. Was told we need to come to the lobby to do so. In the five minutes it took to grab our things and go to the lobby apparently every available room was suddenly booked. The response was "they stop playing at 10, if that helps"

Had a great stay at Aloft. The ambiance was cool, the bar was great, and everyone was super friendly. Dina and Josh at the bar made it a fun time every night. Amber at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and Kevin in security and Hakim were both awesome. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Great place to stay

I really like this hotel. It's clean, quiet and accommodating. The bed is comfy and the big tv that allows you to log into your streaming services is a definite plus for me.

Place was fantastic and the staff was awesome. Only “complaint” is the tv guide isn’t accurate. It might show “channel 33 history channel” and when you click on it, it pulls up TLC or a channel above or below it. Once i figured out which channel it actually was it was fine. But literally the only complaint

This property was very clean and the staff was amazing. Don't let the airport part fool you. We didn't hear any airplanes at all!! The rooms were contemporary but cozy. The staff will get you anything you need! We had to call for extra pillows the first night and then the third night, they delivered with a smile on their face. Not far at all from Broadway, really was a 10 minute drive.

We have stayed at this property four or five times now and have always found it to be a good fit for us until this trip. We did not have hot water in the shower which is just not acceptable. The free coffee service in the lobby was lacking cups and creamer and no one seemed to be in a hurry to gather more for patrons. In addition, the hotel just seemed noisier at night than we had previously noted. We will need to rethink where we book the next time we are planning a trip to Nashville.
