Stylish 3 bedroom 2 full bath ranch style Nashville home with large open living room for entertaining. A short ride from downtown but far enough away to relax outside of the busyness; and just minutes from the airport and lake. Designed for welcoming large groups in Nashville in a comfortable, fun fashion!

The space

The master bedroom offers a unique barnwood theme with a barnwood vanity including two waterfall glass bowl sinks and barnwood backdrop behind bed.

The other two bedrooms are clean and stylish with 2 twin beds each and matching bedding designed to accommodate large groups. Hallway bathroom has a bronze theme and has a 2 door bath/vanity for privacy.

Living room is open and large, featuring vaulted ceiling and long wide room. Complete with Samsung 60 inch 4K Smart TV and premium Direct TV package with NFL Sunday Ticket, HBO, Netflix, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Four Player Arcade Game, and much more. With a community bar top table ideally made for cards and board games, it's the perfect space for large group recreation!

Kitchen area comes complete with electric stovetop/oven, fridge, microwave, counter top toaster over, dishwasher, and breakfast/coffee nook area. Laundry is just off back end of kitchen.

Backyard is fenced and has outdoor patio has commercial four burner grill, table and chairs, and open metal gazebo with industrial hanging night lighting for a nice ambient feel at night!

Guest access

Everywhere in home is accessible outside of garage. Includes all three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen, backyard/patio and front yard/porch areas!

Interaction with guests

I am always available via phone/text for any questions guests may have, including advice/questions on where to go while in town!

Very dirty - do not recommend!

We showed up and were so dissapointed with the cleanliness of the property that we did not even stay there! Black mildew in the shower and on the ceiling, white stains on the couch, very dirty windows, very dirty smelly mops left in the closet, and overflowing trash. It also smelled strongly of dogs and cigarettes and the kitchen floor was incredibly sticky.

Wonderful!

We rented out this property for a bachelorette weekend and it was very accommodating! The host was quick to respond and was even able to connect us with a limo company. It was a wonderful time.

Everything was awesome! Only complaint would be the bunk beds arnt the most comfortable but the queen beds, futons, and pull out couch was very comfortable.

The home was perfect for our bachelor party weekend. The owner Jake was awesome! Super great communication, and he made us feel welcome. The house had everything we needed and is in a good location for getting down town in about 20 min.
