You will find all the conveniences of a modern home in a retro package. The upstairs apartment is occupied by a quiet renter, therefore quiet hours from 10pm-7am are strictly enforced. Although this home is in the city of Murfreesboro, we have lots of parking available!
*Please note the home has a small short term rental behind it that sleeps 2-3 people. These homes share the parking and back yard on open lot beside them (which belongs to us as well)!

You will have access to the entire newly renovated downstairs! The top floor has a separate entrance and occupied by a quiet tenant. You will have access to a large, private backyard. The yard is shared with the rear home and equipped with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs to relax on cooler evenings.

LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are located just off the back porch. Note that laundry facility is shared with home in the rear like old fashioned city living!
