The Space:
Rock House is an Elvis-inspired stay built for families and multi-generational groups who want everyone under one roof with room to spare. This VRBO listing sleeps 12 across four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so mornings do not turn into a line at the door. Downstairs, leather sofas face a fireplace and TV in an open living area that flows into a dining room lit by a neon sign and chandelier.
That layout means the person cooking is never cut off from the group, and kids or grandparents can settle into the same easy space as everyone else. Upstairs, the theme comes alive: the Johnny Cash Room and the Elvis Room each carry their own wall murals and neon accents, while the Dolly Room and the Bunk Room round out the sleeping arrangements.
The Bunk Room also comes ready with balloon and tinsel photo-op backdrops, a nice touch for a birthday or bachelorette trip riding along with the family. Spend the day out exploring Nashville, come back for evening drinks and Connect Four on the string-lit patio, then wind the night down with a movie by the fireplace before everyone heads up to their own room.

This house didn’t disappoint! Absolutely adorable and plenty of room for all eleven of us. Great location to everything and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this for a large group, family or girls get away trip. Excellent!
House was perfect for our family as we had six adults and (2)two year olds! Plenty of space and large kitchen! Had a big dinner and large table to all sit together and celebrate Thanksgiving! Host was easily available and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Beds were great too! Just a few mins from Broadway and $5 uber ride!
The place has a lot of charm to it, and the theming of the rental fits with the city it is in. It looks identical to the photos, which is always nice. The property manager was friendly and easy to get in touch with. It's located a few miles from downtown, which is nice. At the time of our stay we there were a lot of scuffs in the paint, and turning the heat on for too long would cause the smell of gas to fill the house.
Stephen was an incredible host. He communicated with me every step of the way. The house is beautiful and convenient. The open floor plan allowed us all to be together and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. As described, it was a quick and inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. We will definitely stay here again.
Stephen was an excellent host. He even offered to find three pack-n-play cribs, high chairs and baby gates for the little ones. Truly above and beyond.
It was only a short drive to the honkytonks and there was a great coffee shop not far away. Would recommend!
We Stayed Here As A Big Family And I Was Enough Room And Then Some. There Was Plenty Of Space For The Kids To Be Kids Everyone Had Room To Sleep Comfortably And Overall It Just Felt Like Home
My family and I (8 in total) enjoyed our little trip to Nashville. The home was beautiful and spacious. Offered many activities for the younger adults inside. A++++. If ever down that way again would definitely stay with this group again. Good communication with their teaml
This house had everything we needed for our group of 6 (3 adults and 3 young kids). Location was convenient to all parts of town. I agree with the other review about a blind on the front door. We ended up draping a towel over the window to give us some privacy, which was nice especially after a car pulled onto the front lawn and parked directly facing the front door. Communication was great, very responsive on multiple occasions.
House located about 10-15 minutes by car to downtown Nashville and close to two good supermarkets. We used house with our kids and their Grand Mothers. Kids loved the house and corn Hole, football table and setup and we all had a very good time in the house and Nashville. An Uber to the downtown area was about $6-8, pretty cheap.
This place was amazing!!!!!!!! Very cute and great place for some cute pictures. Went for my 23rd birthday with 7 of my friends. We had an amazing time!!!! Very close to broadway!!!! Lots of games in the house such as, connect four (very popular with my friend group lol), foosball, and pool. This place was great for the 3 nights that we stayed. If you're thinking about taking the trip to Nashville, DO IT!!!!!! Book this beautiful house, worth every penny!!!!!!
Nice house with lots of beds for people to stay in. Great bathroom situation four full bathrooms and great closets. The negatives are cat hair all over the couch in the living room??!! The neighbor seemed very unfriendly and has a scary dog and he peaks out the blinds watching when you come and go. Would recommend a front blind for the front door so people can’t see straight through the house. Parking was good and close to grocery store
Lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bath home. Perfect for 4 older ladies coming into town for a couple of bus tours and a drive to Graceland for a day. We found the parking off the alley in the back easier for us. One bedroom and bath on the main floor and 3 up. Management was extremely responsive and caring. Neighborhood has a tremendous number of new builds with a Kroger's just a short few blocks away. Quick drive downtown, but we used Uber as we didn't want to park downtown. Would absolutely stay here again. Felt safely tucked in every night 🤗. Thank you Steve.
Overall, Steve runs a great property! The decor and layout of the place was great for my group of 11. We had ample space and did not feel cramped. The location is up and coming. There’s not much in the surrounding area except for a Kroger and some liquor stores and restaurants (15min walk). However, ubering into broadway was awesome since it’s only an 6-10 minute ride so Ubers we’re very cheap. Steve was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay with some of things that needed attention. I appreciate that about him since his quick responses helped me feel secure that we were in good hands. Check in and check out process was very simple and easy. Thanks for having us Steve! It was an awesome first time in Nashville!
Great property located centrally from everything. 10-18minute drive to Broadway, Midtown, the gulch, the opry mall, the airport. Steve the owner was very good with immediate communication. Would recommend!
Great spot with easy access to downtown areas and the highway. Lots of space and plenty of beds. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom was a huge plus.
Great choice for our group of 11. Plenty of space in the house to spread out and short uber/lyft rides to restaurants and broadway. Thanks for being such a great host!
