Enjoy your private space with a king-size bed, seating area with TV, dedicated work space, kitchen, and laundry washer/dryer, located just 5 minutes away from MTSU and 35 minutes from downtown Nashville. Sit at the kitchen counter or at the dining table, and feel free to pull the TV out from the wall if you want to watch from across the room. In addition to a full laundry area with soap provided, you have access to an iron and ironing board and closet space with hangers to hang your clothing. Local coffee shop (Just Love) and restaurants (Primrose Table) are within walking distance, as well as beautiful walking trails along the Murfreesboro Greenway just minutes away. Relax in the calm space while being centrally located with all the amenities you need for a pleasant visit to the area! Just as described. Tastefully done.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights for our daughter’s softball tournament. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of ball. Close to everything you could need. Nice neighborhood. We ventured out to Nashville for a Predators game and the drive home was not bad at all. Hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect.
