This was a very nice place with plenty of space for several guests and convenient gated parking. I didn’t realize there were 3 floors so older people with mobility problems will have a hard time walking up & down stairs. Otherwise everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again. It was as described. Unit was clean, very well stocked and even included some coffee. It’s in a good location and very quiet. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We reached out to the owner for a few quick questions and he was very responsive. Property is very convenient if you are planning to head downtown. Easy to get a Lyft/Uber for around $10–no need to fight traffic.

What you see is what you get, this rental is exactly as shown in the phots. The hosts Mark & Erin are timely with communication and were very responsive throughout our stay. My friends and I had a good experience. The property is in a cute neighborhood, and we were safe coming home late at night. It is a great location, just a short ride to many of Nashville’s attractions. It is a comfortable home, we lounged and slept well. Appliances all in good condition and fully operable, no surprises. Pros: I love that there were 3 options for coffee: a coffee press, fresh beans provided; a traditional brewing machine for ground coffee, and a Keurig. Household essentials like dish and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, soap and shampoo are supplied. Cons: beyond the coffee makers, the kitchen has the basics and no more. We were able to cook & eat-in, with some improvising.

First, the neighborhood is mostly condos and apartments and felt very safe. I felt safe having the car behind a locked gate, and you needed a code just to get into the main hallway of the building. The condo was clean and spacious. Everything you may need for a short stay is already stocked. I enjoyed having a TV in the bedrooms, that was difficult to find in this town! Be prepared to walk up some steps! The entry way from the main hall is on the main floor. One bedroom is on the 2nd level, and the other is on the 3rd level. It wasn't bad at all once the luggage was hauled up the stairs. I really enjoyed the balcony off the top bedroom. The uber prices to downtown ranged from $10 to $30. Usually it was cheaper to come back than it was to get downtown. I would stay here again.

The only issue we had was how cold the laowest level in the home was. All rooms were beautifully appointed with all necessities. Everything seemed top quality. Plenty of space for an even large group than ours. One could look forward to spending evenings in the balcony in the summers.

We chose this location due to the proximity of our franchise training, 0.2 miles, which was an easy walk. The West End area was charming and quiet. Phillips Place was a quiet building, and our unit was spotless and very well supplied (towels, washcloths, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc). If you are a coffee drinker, you will appreciate the variety of ways to prepare your morning cup (and they provide the coffee). We did not prepare meals in the unit, though the kitchen looked decently stocked. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of storage space in the bathrooms, and great space in the closets for hanging our clothes. Nice laundry facilities in the unit, though we didn't need to use them. We enjoyed walking to Maggiano's for dinner, and also recommend Pastaria, Edley's, and The Stillery (downtown) for good food.
