Great spot close to everything!

Came into town for a girls weekend and we all came from different places (PA, SC, and FL) so it was great to be able to check in as we got in. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

Girls trip

Property is exactly how it is pictured and described. 5 min. Uber ride to Broadway but also 5min. walk to a small strip with coffee shop, food and a couple bars. Great value for the price, would definitely stay here again.

Quiet/Safe/Comfortable & Excellent Communication!

Stay here if you want a comfortable, quiet and safe stay slightly outside of the hussle and bustle of downtown. Check-in was super easy and the host was quick to respond. The condo is beautiful and the two beds are super comfortable! A 5 min Lyft or Uber ride or slightly longer walk will get you just about anywhere you want to go: Broadway, Gulch, 12 South, etc. Also within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops and a brewery. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location includes parking!

The space is clean and is exactly as advertised. The host was excellent at communicating throughout the process. She made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. It was extremely handy having a full kitchen and a place to park.

Mother/Daughter 21-year birthday trip- Great time had by all.

We had a great time, and this location is an easy $7-10 Uber from the strip. No issues at all with the VRBO, but the pool could use some work, however it served its purpose. Would recommend. Thanks!!

Cozy space

Lovely location within walking distance to Music Row. Condo was spacious and cute. We were safe and comfortable, which is essential as female travelers. Beds were VERY soft, so if you like a firm bed, this may not be for you.

Perfect Location

Easy place to stay. The location was perfect to get to my daughter at Vanderbilt, downtown, and music row. The amenities were spot on. Coffee maker, fridge stove, washer, and dryer —What more could you want? It is a vintage building; however, the price point and the included parking spot more than make up for the age. And the best part, the owner went above and beyond with any requests we had.

Condo Stay in Nashville

The property is far enough away from the hustle and bustle for a quiet night’s sleep. You have to cross the highway, but it’s easy enough to walk to Whole Foods or downtown. Probably more suitable for younger people looking for a cheap stay. The mattresses need updating as we both woke with sore backs. Additionally, the shower was grimy looking and it doesn’t appear the air vent in the toilet has ever been cleaned.

40th birthday celebration with high school friends

This rental worked great for what we needed. There were 4 of us girls that stayed here. The place was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, closet was big and had hangers, and the bathroom was nice to have 3 separate areas (vanity, toilet, and shower). The location was perfect for us and where we wanted to go. We walked to and from the Gulch, downtown Broadway, and Centennial Park. No bad vibes walking at night. Not too far. It was really perfect. The only place we drove to was the Grand Ole Opry because of the distance. Parking worked out great having 1 spot underneath and we were able to find a free street spot not too far away for our other vehicle. We were given an early check in which worked out great. Would definitely stay here again.

Nashville Escape

This property in Music Row area was ideal. It was a well appointed condo with everything we needed from towels, to dishware to a place to put our feet up. The space had a lot of spread out room and the bathroom set up was great with separate shower/toilet areas. There was easy access to coffee shop, bars etc. It was within walking distance of Broadway- roughly 15-20 min walk. The parking area is small so account for that when parking. It does get busy on the road out front during prime times. The building was relatively quiet. There were some "cooking" odors and other smells not controllable by the property owner but noteworthy to have to contend with. With door closed, all was ok and candles on site helped! The decor was adorable and very comfortable! Definitely recommend this property!
