So we had quite a few issues, which aren’t exactly all on the hotel. First, our reservation was cancelled because we showed up at 3 AM. We were traveling and no one told us we needed to communicate our late check in. When we arrived our front desk attendant was rude and unhappy to deal with which was less than ideal. She told us checkout was at 1130 and when I called to ask for late check out in the morning I was told it was 11 which caused me to scramble and have to reschedule my meetings for the morning. Overall unpleasant and I expected more.

Truly, I always come back to this property when I’m staying anywhere in middle tennessee. They housed me for a long stay several years back when I had to be near the hospital all day, and it’s just as lovely and accommodating now as it was then. The staff are all so kind and helpful, and everything was so clean. The halls are quiet and the beds are comfy. I know hotels can be a toss up when it comes to choosing one, but this one is a real gem.
