Stay where the locals live! Casa Rover is located in a safe and quiet West Nashville neighborhood, just a mile from your familiar home staples such as Target, Costco, and Publix. Easy access to the highway gets you to all your favorite tourist spots such as the Broadway Honky Tonks and Music Row, where they make the music! Yes, we are a pet friendly home with a fully fenced-in and secure back yard. It's finally safe to bring EVERY member of the family!

Single family one story home, with enough driveway parking for 3 cars.

Open concept living room, with modern fully stocked kitchen, and dining room for the entire family to eat at. Living room with smart tv so you don't miss any of your favorite shows and full-size air mattress. Direct access to the private fully fenced-in back yard for Rover.

1st Bedroom: The massive master bedroom holds 2 queen-sized beds, with room left over for a large desk workspace and an additional smart tv. Master bedroom also features a walk-in closet and a private en suite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: A comfortable queen-sized bed and a desk with plenty of space for the new work-from-home lifestyle. Access to a full bathroom directly across the hall with updated walk-in shower.

Well-established and safe neighborhood. Stay where the locals live. Find all your familiar shops and restaurants in the immediate area, as well as a few local establishments. Easy access to many of Nashville's popular hotspots makes this an ideal home base for any family looking to vacation in Music City.

Casa Rover is located just miles away from the popular Nashville hot spots, which are all just a very short Uber or Lyft ride away.

If your pets are used to being on couches and chairs, please bring a large blanket to cover the furniture before allowing pets on furniture. Pets are not allowed on the beds at any time. We provide two dog beds and a large kennel you can move as you want throughout the house.

There is a Nest video doorbell which overlooks the entrance.

A decibel monitor device is installed in the home to measure indoor volume levels, to make sure everyone gets a good night's rest. Quiet hours between 12 AM and 7 AM are enforced.

Casa Rover backs up to the interstate. While this is great for getting around Nashville, you will be able to hear traffic in the backyard and faintly while in the house. White-noise machines are located in each of the bedrooms if you need them.
1. Pets on Furniture / Beds - Pets are only allowed on covered furniture. Please bring a couple large blankets if your pets are used to being on couches and chairs. Pets are not allowed on the beds at any time. We provide 2 dog beds and 1 large kennel.
2. Pets - Please bag pet waste and dispose of it in the tan garbage bin next to the driveway.
3. Check-in Check-out - The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.
4. Smoking and Vaping - Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited inside. Smoking is allowed on the back patio, but please dispose of your cigarette butts appropriately.
5. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours are from 12 AM to 7 AM. A decibel monitor device is installed in the home to measure indoor volume levels, to make sure everyone gets a good night's rest. We specifically ask for guests not to be outside in front of the house during Quiet Hours so our neighbors won't be disturbed! We take noise complaints very seriously and a fine will apply if the noise-monitoring security team has to respond.
6. Additional guests - People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight. Any other person in the property is the responsibility of the guest.
7. Parking - Please do not park on the street in front of the house.
8. Garbage and Recycling - Put trash in the tan garbage bin and recyclables in the green bin next to the driveway.
9. Age and Locals - Per city ordinance, all guests must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent. We do not rent to locals unless the reason for the stay is communicated beforehand.
