Great place close to downtown

Great time here. Loved how the owners had all the essentials for us and even left water and seltzer. This place is a shirt Uber to downtown for a very reasonable $10.

Perfect GetAway

Amazing! Super clean, cute, quiet and convenient place! We had the best time, made even better by the extras at the house and the convenience to groceries and food places.

The house was perfectly clean! It wasnโ€™t far from downtown at all. They even wrote us a little note on the white board! Overall a great place to stay

Parent getaway

We were two couples spending a weekend away exploring Nashville. House was super cute, clean, and had all the things we needed. Short Uber ride to downtown. Check in was simple and owner easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Family Thanksgiving

We came out to visit family for Thanksgiving. We were able to cook dinner for six with a few additions from our sonโ€™s kitchen. The grill was great (although, we werenโ€™t able to locate grill tools). We were bummed not to get a chance to use the fire pit out back!

Kitchen & Bath updates were done nicely. Plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses. Fireplace too difficult to work, was hoping for electrical on/off switch.

Great house and location

Just as pictured. Host was super quick to respond. We chose this house to allow us to not have to worry about parking. The house comes with everything you could need and then some. The kids loved the fire pit and bunk beds. Super close to broadway just a short Uber drive. We would stay here again if we return.

Beautiful property, very clean with nice amenities!! Short ride to downtown and we didn't have any trouble getting a lyft or uber. While we were there, my son propose to his girlfriend, and she said yes!! Thank you Chip for your hospitality and quick response!!
