The rooms were cleaned they just smelled like someone had smoke cigarettes in them all day. The pool was cold even though they say it’s a heated pool. The surrounding area around me the hotel was great though everything from food places to stores were about 15 mins or less.

Reception gentleman was very helpful. Locked our self out of the room and he made a new key for us. Microwave was not working in room and he took our popcorn in the pantry and microwaved for us. Clean property and clean pool ( a little cold) but clean. Would stay again.

Hotel is not a bad stay it's in a great location for shopping, and restaurants. The staff must have been short during the Labor day weekend. But the one that were there are very nice and helpful filling in where needed.

Love staying here when we go to Nashville. The rooms are very clean the staff is very friendly. Paul is the manager and he remembered us by name from the last time we stayed. They have a new lady at the front that is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

It was a nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Firm bed & I didn’t have no back issues. Spacious king size room. Had a living room. Microwave & fridge tv They had free breakfast free Wi-Fi. They had an indoor pool. Cons: pool was ice cold & not heated. They had the exact same breakfast they had before. When you enter the room it has a musky smell. No housekeeping to make up bed or take out trash. Anything we needed had to go downstairs to get. But I would stay again. Close to a lot of restaurants & shops.

A nice pool. But rooms musty and could have definitely been cleaner. Breakfast at 8:30 was very empty (still supposed to be an hour left to the breakfast time) so that was very disappointing. Kind of a dark and dreary vibe. Provided what we needed for the night, but wish we would have paid a little more to be somewhere else.
