Super professional and helpful staff. The Mercedes-Benz SUV courtesy car with friendly drivers is charming. You can't beat that! The breakfast is average, though, compared to everything else. I would stay there again.

One of the most gorgeous rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Our suite was incredible. The bathroom alone was a palace. The staff was top-notch. Our only concern which we did share with the property, was that the nighttime noise is significant… motorcycle racing around the perimeter… They should provide complementary headphones… Or at least mention it upon check-in. It’s a nightly thing. We are likely to return because the room was just so incredible, but we will need to plan ahead for that noise.

Front desk staff were horrendous. Clerk put us in a different room than booked bc none were available, he also told me “when you book through 3rd party, you get whatever is available, not what you selected” and told me it listed that on the booking. I asked for it in print, he then left me on hold. Once back down stairs to address the issue, he would never look me in the eye nor allow me to see his name badge. He handed me another set of room keys. After 20-30 minutes in our new room, a lady burst in the door yelling “housekeeping” without knocking. She came into the living space, turned circles then walked to the mini bar and said she was checking it. The bellman and driver were the best staff a hotel could ask for, friendly and informative of the area. I hope we tipped them enough! But the other staff made us very uncomfortable, unsafe, and unwelcome.

The Conrad Nashville is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in because the room was excellent in every way, the staff, especially the valets were outstanding and the location of this hotel made all of our other destinations in and around Nashville seem very close. The Conrad is a beautifully designed, well appointed hotel in a great location. However, the staff sets it apart from the other luxury hotels in Nashville. One person was more engaged and dedicated to creating an exceptional experience than the next, from the front desk to late night bar service. Everyone was fun and memorable. Thank you!
