Parking includes one off-street space in the adjacent pad, along with free street parking. Situated just 1.5 miles from Nissan Stadium, this home is perfect for NFL Sundays. Additionally, it's conveniently located 2 miles from downtown, granting you easy access to the lively atmosphere of lower Broadway for unforgettable bachelor/bachelorette parties or weekend getaways.
The main living area features a queen-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, and a 55" flat-screen smart TV. There are two additional seating areas for dining: a 4-seat dining table and 4 barstools at the kitchen counter.
The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for cooking. From dishes, glasses, and silverware to pots, pans, and a Keurig with coffee pods, everything you need is at your fingertips. Additional kitchen amenities include a 2-slice toaster, electric wine bottle opener, and filtered water.
The main level also includes a convenient half bath, a bedroom with a twin bed, and a back patio with seating. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room with provided essentials.
The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, a 55" TV, an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom features queen-sized bunk beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. The hall bathroom includes a vanity, shower/tub combo, and skylight. Additionally, a twin-sized air mattress is provided for extra sleeping arrangements.
During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire home, except for the locked owner's closet. Feel free to reach out via call or text if you have any questions.

We recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft for convenient transportation to downtown or the stadium (usually $6-$15 per trip). Alternatively, it is within walking distance. to downtown.
Additional amenities include security cameras outside the front and rear entryways for your safety, monitored remotely. Other amenities provided are WiFi, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and board games for your entertainment.

A great deal of passion went into the design and decorating our Nashville home so that it would be both beautiful to behold and beautiful to experience for ALL. We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we're all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for your and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book:
-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house. Discard butts in the garbage can.
- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property.
-Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, we have exterior security cameras that would allow us to see if there is a party going on and how many guests are ACTUALLY staying at the house. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 10/unit).
-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls due to your decorations will result in a $200 charge.
-Use cosmetic wipes or cloths for makeup removal (not our white linen!)
-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The fee is to cover the expense of hiring our awesome cleaner to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, and up-keeping the house. It does not include her cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow the easy check-out instructions we'll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape.
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable people and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.
-RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.
-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing.
EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last-minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. The same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check-out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
Other things to note
**We do NOT host local guests** A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home that we LOVE. I only want to have the best guests who will respect my property AND my neighbors. Not looking for rowdy crowds to stay here!
