The Location of this Condo is SIMPLY PERFECT!!! Gorgeous views of the Cumberland River and so very close to all the bright lights and sights of Broadway. Covered Parking is free! and condo is one mile to Downtown, 20 minute walk or $10 Uber/Lyft will get you to Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Music City Convention Centre, Germantown, Farmers Market, Centennial Park and so much more!!! Perfect for couples, families, gals or guys weekend or if you are in Nashville for business.
Located a mile from Broadway and two blocks from several of the new Germantown restaurants and hot spots!
This area is a popular stay for many locals as well as guests traveling to Nashville.
This unit is located on 1st Ave, next to the river. We're in between downtown and Germantown, and you can easily walk to both. Near all the biggest attractions including the honky tonks, restaurants, Bridgestone Arena (Predators), Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium (Titans), First Tennessee Park (Sounds) and much more.
This Cozy and Comfortable condo is an end unit on the third floor. It will provide you with the comforts of home during your stay in our beautiful city. It can accommodate 4 guests.

CONDO LOCATED ON THE THIRD FLOOR.(FIRST FLOOR IS ON THE GROUND LEVEL, THEREFORE TECHNICALLY ITS ON THE 2ND FLOOR) 32 STEPS TOTAL.
THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF SOME MINOR CONSTRUCTION NOISE IN THE NEARBY AREA. BROADWAY/DOWNTOWN IS ABOUT A MILE AWAY. PERFECT FOR WALKING IN THE DAYTIME, DONT RECOMMEND WALKING TO BROADWAY/DOWNTOWN AT NIGHT.

SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED
Sadly, your furry friends won't be allowed in this condo and the complex doesn't allow pets. This is a non-smoking condo. No parties.

Guests will have access to the entire condo and the amenities of the complex including the pool (April to October) fitness room and laundry room

There is a security deposit for the key that gives you access to the pool, laundry room and fitness facility. It the key is not left after departure the security deposit will be rendered.

Perfect getaway spot

Very clean, pictures didn’t do the place justice, so much nicer than the pictures. Condo had every you needed, great view, close to broadway and about a mile or so from many other places. Would highly recommend and book another stay here

Overall it was a great stay in Nashville! Henry did a great job of getting us the information we needed and helped with a small issue we had during our stay. I’d certainly recommend it if you want to be downtown, but just a bit away from all of the action on Broadway.

Property is perfectly situated (reasonable walking distance) for access to all activities on Broadway as well as locally owned/operated eateries/bars...We experienced a plumbing problem but, with one message to our host, Harry, it was handled while we were out on the town never to bother us again...Very enjoyable experience! CMA fest 25

Came in for a short stay for CMA fest for a couple of days. We really enjoyed this property. It was centrally located to all the hot spots. Easy to get to with free covered parking. Very peaceful location right along the river. The place was very clean and the shower was amazing! Would def stay here again! Thanks!!
